WARNING: Do NOT buy EasyRE from NeoSmart Technologies. I paid $40 for their "automatic recovery tool" to fix a Windows boot issue. It failed completely. I followed all instructions, contacted support multiple times — ZERO response. They're ignoring refund requests, and now I'm filing complaints with FTC and BBB. Stay away from this scam product.

Their site gives you email to contact but you never receive a reply. Their Win Server 2016 product failed to load and unable to get refund as they do not reply

I bought the EasyBCD product. It didn't recognise my graphic card, booted to a command prompt. UK keyboard too was not recognised so typed commands were garbled. No response from support when I asked for a fix or refund. No response either when I escalated through PayPal.

I wasted so much time with this ridiculous program. It took me ages to get the thing to run from a USB flash drive, only to find when it finally ran that I immediately got a message that there were NO Windows programs on my PC. Bull pucky, I just wish I had read the reviews before I bought and ran the program.

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

I have tried all different ways to repair my laptop using their rogue software EasyRe Windows 10 Professional. The screen always remained black with the mouse arrow in the middle. So I really can't do anything with it. I just destroyed the software everywhere because it's junk.

I requested a money back guarantee within their time frame but they don't even respond to your email. I have already gone to the Federal Computer Crime Police and they are going to tackle this and place their website on the blacklist and look it up via the IP address because I have reported everything. Let them catch those criminals quickly.

This software even damaged my windows 10 pro installation and now it can't do anything at all. What kind of software is that?

I will see the amount of $59.99 in my account as soon as possible. If this does not happen, I will take further legal action and already have a lawyer who is handling the case.

I was looking to repair a Windows 10 boot file failure and paid for their software. The Neosmart website states their software "is guaranteed to work", that they "provide 1-on-1 email support", and the product has "a 100% satisfaction guaranteed or its free" policy.
None of these things are true. The software could not fix the problem at all. The company never responded to four attempts to contact them for both support and a refund request.
Google says their office is permanently closed; I wish I'd checked all this first!
Do not give them any money.

This is by far one of the worst companies to exist. I tried contacting them and all I hear is silence. Honestly, if they can't reply to an email and answer a simple question, all should beware and and stay far away. You'll never get a refund and they'll go GHOST on you.

I ordered and paid for a Paradox alarm system, R*******, 01 eight months ago and after numerous excuses haven't received anything. I handed them over to the police and my lawyer.

I don't understand why this company is still selling software. I bought Easyre for win7, but it never worked, no response to my support request. No response to my refund request.
I gave up, hopefully no more people buy their software.

Bought EZ recovery - wouldn't load much less fix anything. No support response. No refund response..

The software does not work as it should. Some functions tell me I need to buy a licence to use. I paid for the software. One would think a license would be included. Other functions just don't run. Two attempts to contact support. No response.

I wasted 6 hours and $40. But I cannot even read the iso image. Neither a USB image nor a burned CD image would work.

DON'T BUY NEOSMART!

1. No possibility to test/trial software before purchase.
2. Only possible to test/trial software by purchasing.
3. Software application would not run despite pre-installation setup complying with instructions.
4. Support of no use; consisted of "Good Luck"
5. Requested refund within 2 hours of purchase and was ignored.
6. Further communications ignored.
7. Using alternative software ran seamlessly & fixed issue.

As per the reviews already on this site - STAY AWAY & DO NOT PURCHASE. NEOSMART is FRAUDULENT & customer service is UNRESPONSIVE. Unless you are running an old version of Windows, their products are USELESS. WinRE does not work, check over their website and see how many years ago complaints about this product that it DOES NOT WORK. Following the support steps is unsless, the product does not function regardless, it is buildout the wrong components for Windows RE. When you discover their dodgy product doesn't work - and contact their customer support - they DO NOT RESPOND. EVER!

I had been using EasyBCD to dual boot my computer with two hard drives. Suddenly my computer would not boot up. I purchased the Easy Recovery Essentials from Neosmart to repair my computer. Their online ad stated it would repair my computer "Guaranteed". They sent me a download to burn an Easy RE disc. I burned the disc according to their instructions but it would not boot my computer. I emailed them and they sent me the same instructions to burn the Easy RE disc. I have emailed them over 10 times and burned over 5 discs but my computer will not boot. Neosmart only responded a couple times then quit responding to my emails. I requested a refund since it did not work and they had stated it was guaranteed. It's been over two weeks and they will not respond and no refund has been issued. I had to erase my hard drive and reinstall windows in order to get my computer to boot. No thanks to Neosmart. I believe they are a FRAUD and should not be trusted! Don't waste your time and money.

Does nothing as advertised. Big waste of time and money. The so called support takes a week to reply, Then it's only to tell you to try something you've already did.
