I had booked an International trip (Swiss Delight)with this travel agency in May 2024. The trip was supposed to happen in September 2024. But, it did not happen in September and Travel agent made me wait till November with false assurances. However the trip ultimately got cancelled by the agency. The sales person of this agency has verbally informed us about cancellation and there was no written communication on this from him. Now company is not paying us Rs. 1 lac paid against this international tour. They have forcibly issued a credit note for this amount. The MD of the company, Manish Agarwal and his staff are very rude to us and not responding to my mails and calls. Its a fraud company. Don't travel with them. Minal
JWe are from the USA and ust took Switzerland Tour for1 week based on nthe recommendation and it is the most unprofessionally organized and uncoordinated and lack of communication with inexpoerience staff operating in India whi have never visted prior to organizing and a terrible texpoerience we had. We would not recommend anyone to take any Neem Holiday Tours. It has been a night mare and fake promises were given, terrible arrangement with Bad Hotels No good transportation provided and instead of enjoyment they give you stress all the time. Be alert nefore you tske your future international tours with Neem.
They are the WORST EVER tour operators in India. My parents were to travel to Europe Tour. They just were concerned about how to loot my parents for securing their amount first and eventually avoiding them for any further information. The owner Mr. Agarwal is a fraud for he just shrugs away any responsibility / ownership and has maintained a highly unprofessional team to mock the customers. Not a single person is willing to take responsibility until you pay them out. Once they have received their amount, they just ignore you. They dont care about any person whether they are ladies or senior citizens etc. They have the audacity to tell "Manage Your Own". Shame on Neem Holidays.

Neem travels is highly unprofessional holiday planners.
They don't have any customer service and once you book the tour with them you are at their mercy.
This was my first booking with the mandatory decided never to book through them.
Also I will advise my friends and relatives never to book through them
We booked a trip to Russia 3 years back. They changed the schedule in the last moment at a date not suitable to us, and refused to refund our money. We lost more than 1and 1/2 lakhs. We are senior citizens and this cost us dearly.

I had traveled with Neem Holidays in their Russia tour in August 2019. Overall it was a torture. (a) After 11 hours of air travel when all were dead tired, they did not take us to hotel, but for 8 hours of site seeing in Moscow. (b) Similarly after 9 hours of slow train journey from Moscow to St. Petersburg they took us not to hotel but for sight seeing for 4 hours, before we landed in hotel past midnight. The hotels provided were of low class (No Wi-Fi in St. Petersburg Hotel). Too much of time wasting and time killing and less site seeing. The Indian dinners were most frugal in cheap restaurants. Overall a bad experience. I will never go with them again
I loved the entire trip of Wonderful Europe, Beautiful places with yummy foods. The hotel room provided by Neem Holidays was fantastic. My whole family enjoyed the entire trip. And the cost is affordable, which worth value for each penny. Thanks to Neem Holidays for this unforgettable Holiday.
Dad and I share a great love for exploring new places. So, for his birthday I decided to take this tour so that we would get some daughter-father time too. We had booked Bali trip for 12/*******. It was cancelled due COVID. Neem Holidays is not giving us refund nor are they giving us alternate tour. We 6 senior citizens had booked this trip. They had the audacity to say that trip had happened and it was a no show from your side. Also They say Malayasian Airline has forfeited the ticket amount whereas there was directive from Government of India that since trip are cancelled due to COVID, Airlines shud either rebook or refund.
Manish Agarwal doesn't receive calls, doesn't give appointment. If you go without appointment they literally push you out saying you can't sit here.

It was a pleasant tour of Japan with Neem Holidays. Had never experienced such a beautiful trip... It was like dreams come true. The service provided was like never before. This is the best travel tour agency. I must say. They provide everything that is mention in their packages and mostly care is taken. Will surely recommend to people to tour with Neem Holidays only.
WORST TOUR OPERATOR. NEEM TRAVEL has no respect for their customers, once entire booking is done they are least bothered in conveying important details, their accommodation, meal and travel partners in EUROPE are extremely DISAPPOINTING. Dirty rooms, substandard food, defunct buses made our trip a NIGHTMARE. Their travel partner FANIANI TRAVEL COMPANY on two occasions provide faulty transport resulting in passenger being stranded in the road for hours without food and washroom facilities. Return flight being from Paris the previous night hotel was booked at a distance of 450 km approx.resulting in full day traveling during which the FANIANI BUS broke down and substitute bus arrived only after 5 hours, which resulted in. Passengers missing their Paris Mumbai flight. FOR which no compensation was provided and the passengers had to cough up on an average 55 k to get back. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE PROMISES. THIS TOUR OPERATOR IS A TRAVELLERS NIGHTMARE.
Been Holidays office staff is is very poor in listening to the suggestions of travelers. In order not commit anything, they do not reply to e-mails. Me. Agarwal, did not have time for customers. Our Japan trip was NOT planned properly. We were told 3 star hotels but in reality two hotels weren't even 2 star. Vegetarian Breakfasts & lunches were not attended to properly. Our time was lost in traveling by bus which could have been saved if we were travel (with little extra money) by flight, bullet train or metro. I would rate Neem Holidays ZERO (0).
In case you cancell or your visa is rejected they charge huge amount, which is exhorbitant. Get from them in writing and very clearly the amount of cancellation and nothing will be charged extra. The boss is also very Rude person. Also better to get visa first and then book with them

I had booked a tour for glimpses of Europe and paid the advance too. When I went to give my passport for visa, they told me it's been rescheduled for another date as the earlier date they didn't have many members. The next date was given 45 days later! Initially they refused to refund my deposit as I canceled it. But on visiting their office at goregaon n fighting, I got my advance amount back. I inquired with d group later that went for 7days to Paris. They all complained that it's better to pay a bit more to a good travel company than to go with Neem Holidays... At the same time, they really messed up their tour to Australia too. All families were made to wait full night in d hotel lobby as d hotel woudnt allow them in their rooms as money had not been paid. Their entire trip was a disaster!
Totally Unprofessional Tour with Pathetic Services and zero coordination.
From the start of visa application to airlines we had to run behind for each and every Thing as simple as making a whatsaap group. My neem person didn't even knew when i am flying and added my in wrong group which flew 2 days earlier and we trusted them in foreign land.
Till boarding without the tour operators at the start and beginning from Mumbai and halt at Ethiopia zero help given. Imagine the scenario where 16 passengers would have an issue in Ethiopia where would they go. And if you think the ordeal ended this was the beginning of Disaster.
No thought of food for Jain group and for children. Repeatedly same packed lunch given every day. In Austria luggage kept on road at 10pm for the passengers to themselves carry for a long walk. And Average hotels and food in Paris and Austria.
In this world where all of us are professionals this looked like an Amateur Tour with Free lance operators. 80 unsatisfied passengers who in their wildest dream will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOU AND WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH YOU AGAIN.
All in all it was an enjoyable trip. But would like to list down some good to haves...
Pros: The food selection on all days ( except the day we arrived) was really well thought of and indeed very tasty. The hotel in Danang was really very good.
Cons: Few days were cramped with activities to the point of exhaustion and sometimes we had too much time. The stay at Hanoi was like a pit stop and the hotel room was cramped and it definitely wasn't a 4*. Similarly Oscar at Ho chin mih had a good location but the hotel was just average. The last leg of the tour was most mismanaged. Imagine packing out at 9am when you have a 7.15 pm flight. We reached the airport at 2.30pm and had nothing to do till boarding. The guides were local people who could barely understand our requests or really do the needful as proper guides. It was difficult to understand their pronounciation too. The compulsory gratuity of $3 per person per day is exorbitant for the kind of service provided. The breakfast had nothing except fruits and cornflakes for the vegetarians. The first bus was so bad that it was impossible to sit and anyone over 5'6 wouldn't be able to get into the seat.
Please look into these areas... The way you have improved so much with the daily curation of the different veg menu. You can do better than this in other areas too.
I would definitely like to do another trip with Neem in the future and hopefully these hiccups are resolved.
