I am Suyash Kulkarni from Chinchwad Pune.
We were on Singapore, Malaysia tour from 22 April to 29 April 2023. The tour experience was not good.
We landed at Changi Airport at morning 0730hrs. Another group landed at 1000hrs, we were picked up at 1115hrs. We were there at Airport 4 hours. We went to hotel, they told that check in time is 1500hrs. You have to wait till that time told at reception.
While tour no manager. Driver told that my job is pick up and drop. Driver do not know which Indian restaurant to go for Lunc n dinner, every now n then we have to give call local agency and ask them. Very poor management. As no guidance properly we could not enjoy the tour.
At Genting grand complex, it took hour to search the restaurant. If local one person is there, we will not waste our time and energy.
We reached at skyworld out door theme at 1500hrs. It closes at 1800hrs. There again ticket problem, it took one hour to sort out.
In the group children, senior citizen were there, every one was harassed due to mis management. Thanks one young lady Sujata Mane was there, she took interest and used call,local agent every now then. One proper person should be there to guide properly. Please look into matter seriously.
One positive thing is that our flight journey was pleasure. Lunch n dinner food quality was good. We enjoyed it. All restaurants were good. Not like Kashmir tour.
Once again request that please provide local person to guide properly, not that send the schedule on what's app and let the tourist manage themselves.
At Genting, hotel Awana was excellent. It was cherry on top, we enjoyed our stay there. We forgot our all mental tension there.
Feedback will help you to improve your service and increase your business. Sometimes you may not know, what is happening on the ground.
It was send to regional head 4 days back, still no reply. Very much un professional and un organized.
Think 100 times before booking.
They just don't know how to give service to any of their customer. We did the Kashmir trip and witnessed worst service ever organised by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
When we arrived on the airport, they dont come to pick you on your arrival. Thats how it started. Then after calling and waiting for 20-25 minutes in the hopes of somebody will come to pick us. They ask you to book a prepaid taxi on your own and come directly to the Hotel.
Hotel is decent and basic but not a 3star hotel as committed. So once you check-in at 3pm, You are hungry and you want lunch, you assume that you will get a good lunch as included in the package. They wont give you lunch. Then again you call then with a Frustrated mind. So after few calls and disagreements and calls with " Mr. Casual attitude and not so smart KUNAL KHARAT (an employee of Neem travels pvt. Ltd.) they give you daal, rice and sabji. So thats how you start your day with Neem Holiday's pvt ltd. In Kashmir.
They don't even give any sort of water (packed or cans) with lunch.
How can you travel without water?
Its a basic requirement of Human kind to have water at least when you are traveling. Water is much needed. We are paying extra for water as and when needed.
Water is at extra charge. Like really?
I feel if we are going with any tour agency we expect a decent amount of service otherwise we could have traveled alone or with individual families. What's the point of hiring a tour agency like neem holidays pvt. Ltd.? They really lack in service and They don't want to improve.
The tour coordinator Named "Mr. KUNAL KHARAT" based in Mumbai is not at all coordinating with us. He is very casual "Chalta hai na sir & and Dekhlenge na sir" attitude. What do you mean by that? Dude, You are not doing your job properly. Logo ke tour kharab kar raha hai tu. And shame on you and your company for this.
All Hotels are on outskirts. How can you walk for an hour to see any destination. They don't give breakfast, lunch and dinner properly.
They don't cover destination as committed in the itinerary.
We went on a trip with them.
On arrival at Kashmir airport, we had to search for the Neem representative for over half an hour. No-one was there with the Neem Banner to make it easy to identify. We then realized that the Tour was vendored to a local Company in Srinagar.
Bus provided on all days was a rickety bus without a car dikki. So when it rained the baggage of all 20 of us was put next to the driver and the first 2 seats.
Not sure if the hotels provided were 3 star hotels. But were decent. On the first day itself the Hotel was changed without any intimation to us.
A couple of tourist spots, were not shown to us, like Awantipura Ruins. On asking about the same, we were told the army did not allow us to go there. Same issue with the previous batch which went with Neem. No one in the bus saw any body stopping our bus. That was clear cut lies as they just did not want to spend a couple of hours travelling. Even for Shankaracharya Hill we had to fight as it was in the itenarary and the Local who came with us, said that Neem has provided a big bus and big busses are not allowed on the hill. All those who wanted to go actually fought and refused to sit in the bus till we were shown the spot. He had no other option but to make arrangements for a small vehicle for us.
At Gulmarg/Somarg, we were told to get down at the parking spot and told to make arrangements for the horse/car to go further. No help was provided to us, due to which we were fleeced by the locals. Most of us were seniors, were forced to sit on horse backs, and spend thousands of rupees.
Food provided at the hotels where we were put up was ok, but while travelling, we were taken to dirty local hotels, where there were unhealthy conditions. Due to this, the entire group of 21, fell sick with loose motions, fever and vomiting. A couple of children were also hospitalized in the middle of the night. The person who was supposed to represent Neem was no where in the picture. More than 7 of us missed one entire day of sight seeing, but no one cared. At the local hotels, we were told we could eat upto a limit of Rs 220/ beyond which we have to bear. To put a CAP for food was something surprising after paying 40-45 thousand to NEEM. No drinking water is provided to us thru out the tour. We had to purchase our water on all 7 days.
Due to all the above, per person, we spent at least Rs 10,000 more.
My suggestion is please go with a REPUTED TOUR, AVOID NEEM TRAVELS. Do not fall in the trap of the initial low changes of NEEM. You will land up with poor health and spending far more than what you expect. Instead, right from the beginning select a tour you can rely on.

We group of 6people out of 21 total booked Dubai tour package through M/S Neem Holidays Tour Pvt Ltd, starting from 13 the Jan 2020
We all had bitter experience from day one including the the others also.
There was no tour manager at Sarjah Airport, Driver was there with play card. The "OYO "Smana hotel was provided which had no courtesy to provide sitting and water etc in place Three star rating international hotel.
There was nobody from Neem tour to coordinate and guide to the tourist new to the country
On telephone to Neem Holidays nobody was responding
One Mr Manish phone rang and he talked very rudely and ask us to talk to him at 4.30 pm, imagine the conditions of all tourist who were exhausted as the were at Mumbai Airport from. 30 am to travel to Sarjah
Mr Manish behaved as we were on free holiday arranged by His company, the same he conveyed on phone. We all have paid our hard earned money for this tour and his behaviour is not acceptable.
We all were surprised and felt very bad by the behaviour of Mr Manish who being owner did this
We all resolved not to travel any tour from this company and spread to our friends and relatives the same for future
Even the dinner every day the company arranged in the same restaurant of average standard, who served same menu food with no variety.
Except two days no other days no tour guide services were provided
In all we tourist felt cheated on following account
No tour Manager accompanied us from Mumbai/Sarjah
No tour guide except two days
In place of 3star international hotel economy OYO hotel was provide
The Dinner everyday was arranged at the same restaurant with average standard who served same menu with no variety for a change.
All in All it was very bitter experience and we would not recommend to our friends and relatives for Neem tours in future. We made 5 international tours with other Mumbai based travel companies which were pleasant experience
I will start by saying that it amazes me how companies like these are even allowed to stay in business. They are a classic example of "Fly by night operators" who thrive on false promises, crooked unethical business practices and trips that are managed by untrained, inefficient and outright stupid tour managers, who are there to enjoy the ride and not really add any value to your experience.
WARNING: DO NOT GET ENTICED BY THEIR LOW PRICES - yes, you will get what you pay for. Poor low quality hotel rooms, pathetically planned trips and food that will embarrass anyone. They don't have any clue about what vacation planning is. Hands down, one of the worst travel experience on my April trip to Japan. Some low lights from the trip:
1. Since I was joining the trip from the U.S. even though the website said INR 30,000 extra for single supplement, they had no problem charging me INR 40,000 with no explanation whatsoever. I bit the bullet as I was very keen to join my family travelling from India.
2. On arrival in Tokyo on the first day, they had promised an early check in to the hotel, but since they lie and mislead travelers all the time, they just took two bus loads of people around for shopping till late in the evening. Since I had arrived a couple of days early and I was waiting for the group to check into the hotel, nothing of the sort happened. They just took everyone (90% of the group had seniors for this trip) for shopping as the hotel refused them an early check in, even though their itinerary said otherwise.
3. I kept waiting at the hotel till 2.30pm without any clear instructions from the tour manager, Vishal and the local tour guide, Ichiko, who kept giving me the run around. Long story short, they finally agreed that I join the rest of the tour in Chiba by taxi and since I had not had lunch, they both agreed that they will reimburse me for the taxi fare & lunch. I spent $130 and it's been months and I see no sign of these crooks reimbursing me for the legit expenses they had agreed to give me back. All I got was stalling and lies through the 8 days I was with the tour and multiple calls made to their office.
There are many other instances that I can go on & on, but I am fully aware if the review becomes too long, I will end up losing most of the readers. I understand that these guys mostly cater to Indian travelers who really don't care about the service or the hotels or even the food. But, it's a shame how this company is surviving on lies, deceit, misinformation and short changing their valued customers.
It's kind of funny how the tour manager, Vishal (who was nothing more than a dummy and an unprofessional man) told me most proudly how several hotels in Europe and Japan have actually black listed their company and do not allow their tours in the hotel.
If you are ready to take the punishment or don't care about anything as long as the price is cheap - I would highly recommend Neem Travels to you. You deserve them and they deserve you. I cannot even find the right words to describe this low class, unethical, nonsense of a company. Petty small time crooks running a supposedly travel company.
We had booked RUSSIA - SCANDINAVIA vacation with Neem holidays. Firstly, we were given Visa's a day prior of the departure, also there were a few families who unfortunately couldn't travel with us, as they didn't receive their visa's on time, they were asked to travel in the month of august and were also told that if they cancelled the tour, they'd have to pay cancellation fees, why should they suffer because of the company's mistake? We departed on 20th May 2018, It was a group tour with very good co vacationeers... But the tour operator made it a disaster. They could hardly deliver even 50% of what they promised. Food planned was woeful with hardly any spread. We were told earlier that we would fly either by Emirates or Air India but then we landed up with Turkish Airlines, as the ticketing was also done by *AKBAR TRAVELS* Most hotels stay's were a disaster, also coming to the hotels, the bookings were done through *KUONI* just a day before the stay, and because of them wanting cheap hotel rates, we were the one's who had to suffer. It so happened that the room arrangements were so messed up that if we are a family of four, we were given four seperate single rooms on different floors the room size was so small that not even an extra single mattress would fit in and that too, the check in was at 2300hrs how can you let your wife and daughter aged 16 years sleep in different rooms and different floors!, the distribution of rooms were very disoriented in St Petersburg the hotel was a hostel category with sub standard packed breakfast against a promised minimum 3 star hotel stay with proper breakfast n dinners. Also due to climatic changes the temperatures had risen at places the hotel had only Non AC rooms they didn't even have provisions for enough table fans, for everyone, it was too hot to sleep in the night. Coming to the restraunts there was altercation with RESTAURANT people due to the sub standard food, will come to one of the incidents later, in the latter part of the paragraph, when we travelled from one country to another, we were given halts at such places where we ended up spending three times more than the actual food price, and since we would be hungry we would have no option but to pay and eat whatever was available, now coming to the restaurant at st petersburg, named *CARDAMOM* was one of the worst restraunts we have been to during the full vacation, it had the most poor services, including the food and the basic etiquette of the staff, they would rudely ask us to get out everytime we came there, and once when we asked them why they couldn't be more polite in their approach, they started arguing with us and the argument heated up to such a level where the chefs, manager and the rest of the staff, ran into the kitchen to bring knives and hockey sticks to beat us, *IS THIS THE SERVICE, WE EXPECT FROM ANY RESTAURANT*? Also when this event took place, *two senior managers* of *neem holiday's* were present with their groups and none of them were ready to help us and were least bothered about any events that took place. When we tried to get in touch with the tour operator management they never picked up our calls nor responded... who ever responded was very rude, we also called the owner *MR MANISH AGRAWAL.* a couple of times but he refused to answer or respond on WhatsApp, even though we had gone with reference of his very close business associate the cruises that were promised were changed at the last minute and we were made to wait for 3 hours at the port with our families, it seemed like we were late for our cruise on purpose, as the bus driver made us reach late, the thing is, they wanted cheaper tickets, again, so they never even informed us about the delay, and also ofcourse, since neem travel did'nt leave even one chance to dissapoint us, the cruise that we were asked to go to, took us to a port that was 6-7 hours away from copenhagen by road, whereas in the itenarary it was mentioned that we would be boarding a particular cruise that would directly take us to copenhagen and due to this, we were also forced to do sight seeing, and not discover the place at all, the most important thing is even the tour itenerary was not kept as promised with misses every where and we could not visit many places as mentioned in the itenerary, also most of the sight seeing being optional was not at all great, infact when we booked through neem travels we were forced into taking all 10 optional tours and when we found out that other family's in the tour were given options to not take particular optional tours, we took our names off from a particular tour but as i metioned neem travels never fails to disappoint anybody, i was given my refund after 2 months that too after making 50-60 calls and leaving a ton of messages to the *VICE PRESIDENT* of *NEEM HOLIDAYS*and also the *SALES AND ACCOUNTING STAFF* Also the food at most restraunts, except for one, *GANDHI RESTRAUNT, COPENHAGEN* served us the same food over and over again, also when we inquired about the poor services rendered at most of these restraunts, we were told in front of our tour MANAGER *MR HARMESH PATHARE, That compared to other travel agencies, neem had done alot of *COST CUTTING* and therefore due to the less cost we were served almost the same food everywhere, that was atrocious, also when we checked about our package rates with other members, we found out that people traveling from banglore were given cheaper rates and also were given free flight tickets from banglore to mumbai, both the times, overall the planning was a disaster by the tour operator with many unpleasant incidents enroute... It was a complete mess of our vacation due to Neem holidays, *SO FREINDS*Please don't make any mistake to fall into their trap also for references do visit their website and read their awful reviews that i unfortunately didn't do, because of my reference and later suffered, spending approximately 8 Lakhs, on their Package, Never would i recommend, *Neem holidays* to any one.
Hi, I have travelled with Neem Holidays in July 2018- Glimpses Of Europe. Overall I must say, they really try to give best to the tourist. I really enjoyed my Europe tour in hardly any amount with lot of fun. But I would like to mention few things which had disappointed me. I have faced lot many problems for Pre departure formalities. Sales guy who sold me the package was not responding properly on queries raised after booking amount was paid. I had to be very patient and follow up with different staffs all the time for docs required for visa purpose. Not sure, how correctly visa docs were checked in first place, as mine got rejected and had to go through again through all process which was very frustrating. Staff is helpful but more professionalism is required. Worst part was, I was told that cheque will be deposited only after visa comes, but same was deposited immediately after visa appointment and after rejection of Visa, I had to arrange cash in my account again by breaking my FD's. So one must keep a tight follow up for visa, as not only me but one more couple's visa was rejected in my group. 2. Neem must think and shud not continue the First hotel- Kyriad bouquet in Paris.Hotel rooms are so compact, there was no place to move around in the room after keeping our two bags. Over and above they serve breakfast in a very shabby manner and in very bad ambience room. They offered us one Croissant and one hard bread which no one in group could eat. After asking for one more croissant, staff replied this was limited breakfast and cannot serve extra. This was so rude. Neem must think on this for sure. 3. Paris tour Scheduling was improper. Freshening up time should be kept between Day and Night tour. We were asked to wait at Louvre for long time after which our guide was gonna take us for dinner and again we were told to wait for 2 hrs in garden and then Night tour. There was no proper shaded place even to sit and we all with senior citizens found it very tiring. We found very difficult to convince our Tour guide to take us back to hotel and we all had to plead him for taking us to Night tour even after paying him for fuel, which was hardly 30 mins from hotel. We were feeling as if were at mercy of him and this was so ridiculous.
4.Tour is supposed to be considered from perspective of travellers/guests more than Guide's comfort and drivers comfort, which was not in our tour in many cases. 5. We were asked if we wish to see Swiss Bank and we need to pay for fuel if decided, as few disagreed the same was cancelled. Later we found that my friend who travelled in Jewels of Europe, it was shown to them without taking any extra cost as it was near by to the Lion monument, same point which we also had covered.
Rest Tour was really nicely managed. Our tour guide was giving us information on places we were visiting and took good care of all of us and I was satisfied with all rest hotels. Our tour was worth it and value for money.

This is to inform you as a tourist we faced issues with Neem Holidays from Day 1 post booking. We had booked for Europe tour and there were 47 people in the tour. We were informed orientation will take place on XYZ day. We kept on waiting for the final call however post calling we were informed that orientation is alreday over last week and they missed to call us and on questioning they had no answer to it. As a souvenier they were suppose to give us a tourist bag but later confirmed that bags are out of stock, on questioning they spread the word that we are fighting for a bag. When it comes to documetation part for applying visa they are not clear what needs to be submitted and they will not refund the part of the money if the visa are cancelled. If you call at their work place in Goregan the staff are highly un cooperative and have no professonalism at all and blaming game starts that I am sorry I am not aware of your situation and problem. If they miss to inform us they expect it is customers duty to collect the visa, bags, coupons etc from their office, totally unexpected. Finally we take off and reach Europe. We realise the bus provided is under maintenance, AC is not working, drivers are not courteous and owner of the hotels itself complains about the drivers. Our bus gets spoilt in the middle of the night. Tour guide is clueless, no arrangement of new bus is provided. We make continuous calls in India to help us but tour guide has not infomed anyone in India. Ultimately we were suffering and wasting time. The things which were needed to be covered as per the itenery were also incomplete. Reasoning we are running short of time we cannot cover this etc etc. Tour Guide was pathetic and was not able to solve any problems of ours and was only running behind their cuts in the sweet shop or cuckoo factory etc. Worst to add the hotels mentioned in the itenery were also not provided. On reaching the Hotel Lowen in Switzerland the owner of the hotel says we were not informed. Short term arrangement is made in Ibis Budget. The question is in the peak season IBIS had almost 25 rooms vacant and on arrival they immediately accomodated us. Its a sheer plan. Such cheap tactics is not expected from any Tours and Travels. Guys be careful whatever you choose. Neem provides budgeted package but we would never recommend anyone. You have to be crystal clear in what you offer and hopefully Neem should have a better staff to handle the customer queries.
