I'm really pleased with my last order of Nature in Bottle essential oils. Some brands have off scents and are not high quality. Their products are very high quality without the exorbitant prices. I can trust their oils with all my projects (baths, scrubs, candles, soaps, diffuser, etc).
I am very disappointed with their fake oils and chemical smell products. I asked for return since they have 90 days return policy but no response nor their phone number does not work. I spent over $500. If anyone experience the same with this company pls advise!
I like to make perfume with essential oils. I use 200 proof alcohol. This allows the essential oils to completely dissolve with clarity. The essential oils from nature in bottle are cloudy. They also smell different. The frankincense smells like gasoline. I contacted the company stating my disapproval through email and phone calls. They never contacted me. It was a month ago that I contacted them. I still haven't heard back.
I spilled some of this accidentally when opening it. It was the neroli one and within 10 minutes of smelling it my throat was sore and scratchy and I had to open up the house and air it out. Must be chemicals. I am so disappointed. Over $300 down the drain because I don't trust what could be in this stuff. Look elsewhere.
I have purchased some products on this website for my sister birthday. I changed my mind less than one hour and sent the request to cancel my purchase.
Almost One week after I didn't receive my money back.
I paid for more than 222$.
I'm very disappointed and worried.
Their essential oils are fake and has horrible chemical smell. I got the worse sore throat of my life that lasted days from using their essential oils in my diffuser. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I emailed them multiple times and no response. I threw all of it out, just a complete waste of money. I have no idea what chemicals they are putting in them but it is not pure authentic oils.
Toxic company with no scruples. Selling fake fragrance oils and passing them off as pure essential oils. No way to contact the company, they are not answering my e-mail or Whatsapp messages, but they are obviously reading them. Company is based in India, and their address is basically in a slum if you look on Google Maps... Pursuing a claim through my card provider. Seems like they are opening new Paypal accounts to keep the scamming activities going... I researched further and ironically I found out that their parent company is called "Paras Perfumers" and they are selling synthetic fragrance components in India. My lab confirmed these oils were in fact fake essential oils. Devastated... avoid at all costs.
This company is a scam! Just like any other scam you get. There oils are fake, will give you a rash and they don't smell like natural oils at all, complete fragrance. I feel sad people steal I have spent thousands on this company
Essential oils are very hard to obtain, and therefore when you see them for as cheap as they are, they cannot be real.
Not only that, but it seems that the certificates on the site are not real either.
Go check out real websites with real pure essential oils, such as Plant Therapy or Doterra.
I live in the U.S. and assumed the company had a warehouse in the U.S. given the NY address on the website. However, this was not so as my shipment came from Dehli, India. All of the oils in my $400 order are fake and unusable. I'll now have to eat the loss as shipping and custom cost will cost more than order. Also, I requested to cancel the order within 24 hrs of my order but no one answered or returned my call. My request was submitted prior to them fulfilling the order. They did however respond to my email request in the middle of the night. Although they first appeared to be in an agreement to cancel my order, two days later I received a confirmation for shipping. I reached out again several times with no response. Note to company- the U.S. is struggling just like the rest of the world. While $400 may be a small loss to a corporation, $400 is a big loss to individuals trying to produce products. I hope everyone take notice of the real reviews and your scamming business fail
Nature in Bottle is based and ships from New Delhi, India, it is not an American company. I ordered three products, none were usable. All three were over-the-top unnaturally scented and had to be tossed out. I was very hasty in my decision to buy product from NIB, for my small self care aromatherapy business, complete waste of money. Also, my bank card associated with the purchase was hacked shortly thereafter. Thankfully, all three transaction attempts were blocked by my bank. Beware!
Overall I am very happy and content with my purchase from this website. Argan Oil I ordered was excellent in quality and the pricing is economical. I only have one concern with them as they do not provide any other option for shipping to Australia except FedEx. FedEx has not been a reliable source in our area but I appreciate their support each time I face any issue with my shipments. Will continue buying everything I need from them.
First lets give the devil his due. The delivery time was legendary. Considering that the shipment was sent from Delhi, and it took 3 working days to get the package. I thought it would ship from US since the website gave the impression that it is a US based company. I did not expect that short delivery time anyhow. The package itself looked nice, like the website. Although.
As most users have reviewed earlier the products are fake. I am pretty sure one of the bottles I ordered contained some kind of petroleum. I tried using it to "clean" the bottles, to my surprise all the text from the labels vanished with it. None of the bottles smelled like the stated essential oil should - I had real ones to compare with. No way in hell I would let anybody use that. Had to dispose of all of it.
What oils I ordered does not matter because they were all fake. After reading previous reviews I am not even going to bother requesting a refund. I am going to report the company to the European Commissions Anti-Fraud Office though. I suggest others do the same for their region.
Indians already have a bad reputation, and this company sure isn't making it any better. Still, I'm glad I didn't order any larger quantities. But I can say with 100% certainty I won't be having anything to do with India again.
Bought a few liters of essential oils, some absolutes and carrier oils- all of the products I received were fake fragrance oils or linseed oil adulterated with artificial fragrance. Everything has failed lab testing proving these items were in fact synthetic fragrance oils, not the genuine thing. AVOID THIS COMPANY. In addition, they are not located in the USA as their website claims- everything shipped from India. Currently pursuing a fraud claim with my care provider.
I had placed multiple small orders from this company since last year. Satisfied with their product quality and affordable pricing, I placed a bulk order for my business (over 300 kg) with them last month. The company had shipped the product within 2 working days as claimed but till date I have not received the items. My order got stuck in the Argentina customs and they are demanding all sorts of paperwork to get the shipment cleared from the customs. The company has offered me to refund the complete order amount due to non-delivery but I desperately need my products which I ordered to fulfill my orders. I dont know what to do now!
I don't want to leave a bad review as being a loyal customer of them but almost TWO out of FIFTEEN came broken already. They weren't opened or broken, but the bubble wrap had oil all over it. Thankfully all the bottles were bubble wrapped and nothing else in my order was damaged. I have currently contacted their customer support team and shared the pictures of the leaking products. I invested a lot of money in the order and am sincerely hoping for some kind of reimbursement. My Order Number is **************
This is a "front" for a fake essential oil business. They publish hundreds of articles about authentic oils. They just don't ship any.
You can tell a lot about this business by the spread between their 1- and 5-star reviews. The two spikes -- 5 stars and 1-stars -- mean that these guys also know how to fabricate a reputation. But if they were honest, they wouldn't have a big stack of 1-star reviews. Those ratings all ring true. Just read them.
I tried to return my shipment because it was nothing but junk. I cited NIAB's website "unconditional satisfaction guarantee". All of a sudden they went deaf. So I tried to get PayPal to pressure them to accept a return, which eventually -- almost -- worked. NIAB slickly accepted a return as long as the order was shipped by me to them within two weeks. I did that the next day. But of course, that's where things got interesting.
In India, where these hucksters preside, all incoming shipments go though customs. The recipient *must* fill out a few papers to get the shipment. NIAB did not fill out that paperwork. FedEx customs kept calling them and writing to them but they never responded. So the shipment was abandoned.
My tracking for the return indicated that it was "in transit" because of NIAB's refusals. But PayPal denied the claim, saying that "it had not been delivered in a timely fashion". Duh. So this is what is going to happen if you ever buy their useless oils and try to send them back. Good luck.
This is a fake website, they claim free return but i am chasing them for 3 months in order to return back some fake essential oils but they never get back to me. I have sent emails, called them, whtasapped them, they see all my messages but dont respond at all. I dont know how to return my money back!
I paid over $500 for chemical smelling trash, and they just ignore you and won't send any GCMS reports like their website claims. Then they want you to mail the item back to India which costs hundreds of dollars to do when you complain. PayPal didn't help they just said "seller has agreed to refund if you return the items". Which I can't do because they are in India...
DO NOT BUY. FAKE OILS
I ordered the Bulgarian rose oil & Alma oil,, both came out to total $135,,, Red flag galore! Why didn't I piece it together? Bulgarian rose oil so cheap? They gave me 100ml for $80 bucks!
