This is a "front" for a fake essential oil business. They publish hundreds of articles about authentic oils. They just don't ship any.

You can tell a lot about this business by the spread between their 1- and 5-star reviews. The two spikes -- 5 stars and 1-stars -- mean that these guys also know how to fabricate a reputation. But if they were honest, they wouldn't have a big stack of 1-star reviews. Those ratings all ring true. Just read them.

I tried to return my shipment because it was nothing but junk. I cited NIAB's website "unconditional satisfaction guarantee". All of a sudden they went deaf. So I tried to get PayPal to pressure them to accept a return, which eventually -- almost -- worked. NIAB slickly accepted a return as long as the order was shipped by me to them within two weeks. I did that the next day. But of course, that's where things got interesting.

In India, where these hucksters preside, all incoming shipments go though customs. The recipient *must* fill out a few papers to get the shipment. NIAB did not fill out that paperwork. FedEx customs kept calling them and writing to them but they never responded. So the shipment was abandoned.

My tracking for the return indicated that it was "in transit" because of NIAB's refusals. But PayPal denied the claim, saying that "it had not been delivered in a timely fashion". Duh. So this is what is going to happen if you ever buy their useless oils and try to send them back. Good luck.

Tip for consumers:
I have PDF's of the entire correpsondence with NIAB and PayPal. I don't want them publiushed because they contain confidential information. However, if the forum manager needs them, just ask and I will forward them to you.

Peloton started out as a consumer-savvy startup. Now it's a bloated behemoth that acts like any other beast in the marketplace: it's all about false narratives and the stock price. Quality control and customer service are gone.

The user interface for this bike is extremely poor. You can't even save your preferences -- we were doing that 20 years ago.

The most important practical feature on the bike -- the "metrics" -- are missing for most of the rides. These are what let you know the instructor's recommended pace, so without them, you don't now what to do.

When I complained about the UI and the metrics, Peloton gave me a wide variety of stories: "we're working on it" -- or "those metrics don't work before May 2019" -- but the actual problem is that when you search for a class, you generally get one without metrics. That problem could have been fixed with a simple filter option. But no...

The bike is expensive, folks, and the classes are always early in the a.m., especially if you live in the West. I haven't attended a live class in 8 months. The stored classes lack metrics. Oh well.

Find an alternative!
