Just received my order from Nature in Bottle.
It's awful.
The Herbal Fragrance Oil smells like cat pee and grandma perfume.
$70 in the trash.

Nature in Bottle is based and ships from New Delhi, India, it is not an American company. I ordered three products, none were usable. All three were over-the-top unnaturally scented and had to be tossed out. I was very hasty in my decision to buy product from NIB, for my small self care aromatherapy business, complete waste of money. Also, my bank card associated with the purchase was hacked shortly thereafter. Thankfully, all three transaction attempts were blocked by my bank. Beware!

Had to look up how to leave them a review because I'm in awe of turnaround time. Of course, in transit delay would be of no doing of theirs (thankfully, FedEx notifies of such). For personal use... held my breath every time and they came through consistently. Pleased to have oils I know I will continue to use in larger quantity, less costly, faster, and at equivalent shipping cost as it would cost me had I purchased similar weight in the US. Thank you.

I don't want to leave a bad review as being a loyal customer of them but almost TWO out of FIFTEEN came broken already. They weren't opened or broken, but the bubble wrap had oil all over it. Thankfully all the bottles were bubble wrapped and nothing else in my order was damaged. I have currently contacted their customer support team and shared the pictures of the leaking products. I invested a lot of money in the order and am sincerely hoping for some kind of reimbursement. My Order Number is **************

Overall I am very happy and content with my purchase from this website. Argan Oil I ordered was excellent in quality and the pricing is economical. I only have one concern with them as they do not provide any other option for shipping to Australia except FedEx. FedEx has not been a reliable source in our area but I appreciate their support each time I face any issue with my shipments. Will continue buying everything I need from them.

Someone told me about this company well, I thought it came from someone who has been in business of for many years should know there stuff. I place a $1000 in Essential oils for my soap making business thinking wow these prices are so good compared to what I pay now. Big... mistake, first of all, all the oils I mean every single oil that I tested with making soaps ruined my batches of soaps, within 1-2 seconds of putting oils in the soap batch all the soaps started harden and I couldn't even get the spoon out of batch and looked really weird. I have used other brand essential oils in the past that never happened. Then I decided to test ever single oil with different soap recipe same thing. Oils had something off about them, even the look and the smell compared to other company essential oils. Simple example is Lavender oil 40/42 used from other companies soaped beautifully with no issues and enough time for designs, however the essential oil from this company I had to throw away the entire 40 lbs of soap it was bad, really bad. I contacted the company by phone leaving several messages and even called them on their India times, no response and never called back. I sent them several emails and no response except a email " your email is important to us and respond in 24 hrs" which was a automatic response and I never heard back from them. I am going to try to get my money back I don't know what to do. These people are fake and all the products are fake, BTW The person who gave me their info I recently found out lies to her customers and uses very very cheap and fake ingredients in her products. I don't recommend this company. I have ordered things from very good companies and the products have given amazing results and many of my customer with tell you that. It is important for me to be, honest and clean company

Good quality on everything so far I purchased—essential oils, carrier oils and fragrance oils. The quality is consistent. I keep trying other companies as well but ultimately it's Nature In Bottle's products that have my heart. Their variety of products and speed of delivery is fantastic! I wonder though when they'll come out with Chakra blends? We are going to sell these products under our own brand and let's see how our customer finds them.

I paid over $500 for chemical smelling trash, and they just ignore you and won't send any GCMS reports like their website claims. Then they want you to mail the item back to India which costs hundreds of dollars to do when you complain. PayPal didn't help they just said "seller has agreed to refund if you return the items". Which I can't do because they are in India...

DO NOT BUY. FAKE OILS

These Oils are Amazing. The Bad reviews are people wanting to keep them to themselves. I got the Cocoa bean and Elderberry oil love it. Will be ordering more Oils

Products are top shelf and super fast shipping! No taxes to be paid on import in Europe and have an amazing result in the formulation of my beard oils. Lovely experience overall and hence 5star to your services from my side.

Any and all products I purchase from Nature in Bottle are more than satisfactory I am pleased! If you make some simple DIY cleaning recipes, then getting a cheap not so pure brand is not the worst idea. But the formulators like me who are looking for therapeutic benefits, a pure brand that passed all the tests is what you need and I am happy to find Nature in Bottle. Their oils are not synthetic or filled with chemicals but totally pure with third-party testing results. Great service and products!

I had placed multiple small orders from this company since last year. Satisfied with their product quality and affordable pricing, I placed a bulk order for my business (over 300 kg) with them last month. The company had shipped the product within 2 working days as claimed but till date I have not received the items. My order got stuck in the Argentina customs and they are demanding all sorts of paperwork to get the shipment cleared from the customs. The company has offered me to refund the complete order amount due to non-delivery but I desperately need my products which I ordered to fulfill my orders. I dont know what to do now!

I have never had a bad experience or product from them. From their site to their customer service, I don't think they could make it any easier for you to get quality products at your doorstep in just few clicks. All the declarations, documentation, certifications are already on website for your reference and to decide whether to order from them or not. Highly transparent with their system when other companies tries to bluff you to rob you of your hard earned money to deliver synthetic products. Love you guys for your sincerity and genuineness!

I ordered the Bulgarian rose oil & Alma oil,, both came out to total $135,,, Red flag galore! Why didn't I piece it together? Bulgarian rose oil so cheap? They gave me 100ml for $80 bucks! It wasn't til after that I read all the one star reviews,,,, then I got my package… yes they were fakes,,, they came in aluminum cans which is not wrong in themselves I've read, bud not the best way,,,& the Amal oil was supper gritty,,, as if there was dirt,,, I tried calling but it led me to a voicemail,,,,, the other reviews basically said don't bother,,, I should've paid through PayPal,,, I'm so sad cuz o really thought I was gonna get some real Bulgarian Rose oil
