I received as a beautiful Christmas gift Organic Aromas Intrepid Explorer Aromatherapy Diffuser Kit.
It is absolutely gorgeous, and each scent that came with this gift, divine. I just set it off on its maiden voyage, and I am completely delighted! I cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful product. No plastic! Made of ceramic and glass, wonderfully aesthetic and functional. What a fantastic company! Thank you profoundly!

I used it organic aroma lamp almost every day. Frankly speaking, I used to it. I have a mini diffuser, it's so small nevertheless it does its work

I'm happy with my Organic aroma nebulizer. It works very well and it's beautiful. The essential oils are top quality as well.

I like that they've different varieties of aroma and very affordable too. I'll buy more once my wife comes back from abroad. Organic Aromas, thank you a lot!

Honestly I hate other water infusers as they always need water and aroma as well they are just prone to bacteria etc. Not this one easy works well and gets pure aroma!

I just want to express this is my first Nebulizer Diffuser and I read a lot of review and comparison before actually buying it. Can express how it is really amazing and it really helps my sinus problem especially using the Organic Tea Tree Oil together.

I currently own the Organic Aromas white Raindrop 3.0 Nebulizing Diffuser. The difference between the Raindrop 3.0 and the other Organic Aromas' diffusers is the MagSafe-Style cord. It magnetically connects to the diffuser. So, if you accidentally trip over the cord, it will disconnect from the diffuser.
The Raindrop 3.0 creates a strong concentrated aroma. Unlike Ultrasonic Nebulizers (water diffusers), who's scents are weak and diluted. The Nebulizer's smell is so much stronger.
I have a suggestion for Organic Aromas. Please make at least 1, more modern looking diffuser.
And I have a bit of advice for you, the consumer. Once you get the diffuser. Be super careful with the glass cap. It's super easy to knock off, and break. I did just that. And I had to order a new one.
In conclusion. I definitely recommend the Organic Aromas Raindrop 3.0 Nebulizing Diffuser. Though it would be nice if Organic Aromas, offered some more modern looking, and less fragile nebulizers.

I love that I don't have to keep distilled water on hand to constantly refill a diffuser and the scent range that this can throw is beyond what I was expecting.

I don't often write reviews, however I'm quite disappointed. I loved the look and function of my diffuser while it lasted. I bought it in 2018 and have taken great care of it, following all directions recommended by Organic Aromas. It stopped working a few months ago and was out of warranty. I was told I could send it for repair, at my own expense to have it shipped and with no guarantees. What prompted me to write this review is I now have another machine that has also stopped working. I reached out to the company to let them know, and it was reiterated I could send them for repair, again at my own expense for the shipping costs. These machines are beautifully crafted and are worth the money, provided they work longer than 3-4 years.

The thing I like about organic aromas is that they sell all of their parts separately. This means that their diffusers really will last you. You may have to replace small parts over time (and they will likely make you pay for it), it is a lot more environmentally friendly and cost efficient than buying trendy diffusers that are designed to last you a year or two. They have good customer service that responds quickly and generally quality products.

I own two of the raindrop 2.0 diffusers. I love them so much i will never buy a water diffuser again! I also bought their discovery collection oil sampler... it was perfect! Their blends are awesome! Especially their signature blend! I will be buying more products soon!

They have excellent customer service, I would say. When I received my nebulizing diffuser and started using it I noticed that the diffuser is making a loud sound which is not supposed to. So, I contacted them right away and send a video of the diffuser running. And after seeing the video, they told me that they will replace it. Sure enough, I received the replacement after sending them the broken one. The best thing, a shipping company even picked up the broken diffuser at our place and shipped it back to them. NO HASSLE!
