These Oils are Amazing. The Bad reviews are people wanting to keep them to themselves. I got the Cocoa bean and Elderberry oil love it. Will be ordering more Oils
Their products are not organic even though they state they are. Impossible to speak to a real person to get a refund... don't waste your money.
I just want to thank you so much for your help and favour!
All oils have arrived safe --- I really appreciate it :) I will recommend your company (your oils) to all the people that I know :). cheers!
I ordered Black Seed oil, what they sent was trash and possibly poison.I am a pharmacist of 30+ years experience, and based on my training and use of black seed oil(from Nigella Sativa) the product fully lacks any characteristics of the oil, as well as the whole seed. Black seed oil is fairly easy to ID as it has a unique odor, taste and texture. They do not answer emails, or phonecalls or whatsapp messages. They have spammed sitejabber with hundreds of fake reviews, go to truztpillot(mispelled on purpose) and see all the experienced businesses that have had their oils tested and they are fake, some containing benzyl chloride and diethyl phthalate as proven by chemical analysis.
You'll never get your money back unless you pay return shipping to INDIA, which is like 100.00, then --
--even if you do-- they purposefully don't file the paperwork, required in India, to accept return shipment and your screwed as return never shows as delivered. It's a total scam. If prices seem too good to be true!
If you intend to make soap or perfume or God forbid consume anything from them, I'd suggest you have it tested first, you're wellbeing is paramount and the reason I'm writing this review, is to hopefully alert others before they get scammed.
Oh and the address in Manhattan, NY forget it, they make you send your return to India, because they have the scam all figured out. You have been warned. Oh and paypal won't help you either, becuase they'll likely insist you return the product to INDIA! Which costs over 100.00
Just received my order from Nature in Bottle.
It's awful.
The Herbal Fragrance Oil smells like cat pee and grandma perfume.
$70 in the trash.
Based on their website, they lead you to believe that they are selling GC/MS (gas chromatography/mass spectrometry) tested essential oils. I am a health care professional who has used essential oils extensively for 40 years, so definitely know what to expect from the different oils. Pure aromatherapy grade essential oils are very effective for their stated purpose and smell clean - not cloying.
Unfortunately, I made a rookie mistake and ordered some of the oils from Nature In a Bottle without seeing a copy of the batch GC/MS test results. I was duped by their claim that the test results were available "upon request". I was very disappointed, and had to dispose of the oils as they were completely unusable. What a waste.
The Hawaiian sandalwood essential oil was most definitely a fragrance oil rather than an essential oil. The smell was horrendous, truly foul. I had to wash it off with soap and water immediately.
The rose Otto was ineffective for its aromatherapy purpose, something which does not happen when I use authentic essential oils.
The other oils were equally disappointing and unusable.
I encourage you to ALWAYS ask to see the GC/MS test results prior to buying any essential oils. When it became clear that these were not authentic, aromatherapy grade essential oils, I did request to see the test results four times in various different ways. They refused to answer any of my requests.
There is so much fraud with essential oils. It is so sad. It is hard for me to understand why vendors don't just take the time to source quality materials, do the batch testing for every batch, post the batch results right on the webpage (which is what the truly reputable vendors do).
The only thing I can think is that most people must not bother to do their homework (like me in this case, can't believe I trusted their claim) so these sellers of fragrance oils and inferior quality, fragrance grade essential oils must sell a lot anyway.
Well, I want to do my part today to hopefully educate people what to look for (GC/MS tested oils with the test results that you can see) when they are buying essential oils for therapeutic purposes. Inferior quality oils will not work for these therapeutic purposes. They are just a waste of money.
It's not difficult to take a little bit of time and learn how to look at the test results. It is actually very interesting to learn about essential oils, how they work and their active components.
Wishing you good health. Hoping I can help someone else today avoid a similar costly purchase/mistake.
Someone told me about this company well, I thought it came from someone who has been in business of for many years should know there stuff. I place a $1000 in Essential oils for my soap making business thinking wow these prices are so good compared to what I pay now. Big... mistake, first of all, all the oils I mean every single oil that I tested with making soaps ruined my batches of soaps, within 1-2 seconds of putting oils in the soap batch all the soaps started harden and I couldn't even get the spoon out of batch and looked really weird. I have used other brand essential oils in the past that never happened. Then I decided to test ever single oil with different soap recipe same thing. Oils had something off about them, even the look and the smell compared to other company essential oils. Simple example is Lavender oil 40/42 used from other companies soaped beautifully with no issues and enough time for designs, however the essential oil from this company I had to throw away the entire 40 lbs of soap it was bad, really bad. I contacted the company by phone leaving several messages and even called them on their India times, no response and never called back. I sent them several emails and no response except a email " your email is important to us and respond in 24 hrs" which was a automatic response and I never heard back from them. I am going to try to get my money back I don't know what to do. These people are fake and all the products are fake, BTW The person who gave me their info I recently found out lies to her customers and uses very very cheap and fake ingredients in her products. I don't recommend this company. I have ordered things from very good companies and the products have given amazing results and many of my customer with tell you that. It is important for me to be, honest and clean company
Very professional shop. I am very happy with your service. I highly recommended it. Very very good company said.
