I don't even think this website exists to be honest, I ordered 4 things off this website and they took money out of my account the day I purchased them. Now 2 weeks later I still have no recieved my stuff, on the tracker it still says my order is "processing". So I decided to call Nastydress and ask what was happening, no answer. I left a very concerned complaint that it's taking WAY too long for my stuff to arrive especially that they took my money. And now when I go on the website to see where my stuff is there's a notification that there's no longer any numbers that you can call to talk to anyone. I suggest no one ever buy from this or any websites like this. Not worth losing $45.00.

There sketchy return policy makes me EXTREMELY NERVOUS. I need to return 3 of the 4 items I ordered. NONE of them fit correctly, but I am keeping one to have it altered to fit me because it has potential. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone and I'm afraid returning these items is going to be a wild goose chase. You only have 7 days to return and they are difficult to get ahold of anyone and you have to pay the postage. I thought I had saved money using this website, but I feel I only wasted money and ADDED STRESS TO MY LIFE.

I ordered 3 items from this website, they finally arrived and only one item fit. The other items were complete garbage. One looked like they hadn't even finished making it, much less cut the fabric correctly, and the other made your boobs look like they hung to your belly button. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AND COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. CHEAP FABRIC, SEWING AND OVERALL QUALITY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME YOU DO NOT GET WHAT IS ADVERTISED. Not even going to send back the items for more garbage, the dresses are going in the trash where they belong... oh and MADE IN CHINA

First of all, I am not a robot... Now I have been reading all you comments and reviews. I just have one question for all of you bad mouthing these companies... What the heck did you expect when you ordered from an overseas, online, discount store? I mean really, you buy a $10.00 dress and then expect Chanel, delivered the next day. You have only yourself to blame if you are not satisfied. And if you would pay just a bit more your shipping issues wouldn't be as bad either... The sizing issues... all you got to do is look at the model. If she is Asian, you know she is already, just by her DNA, smaller than any other nationality. Use your head and order a size or two larger. Its not rocket science... Get over it already

Ordered from them and paid a ridiculous amount for express posting. The dress cost £7.99, I paid £14.50 for delivery within 3-7 working days, I figured - dress is exactly what I want, I may as well spend the extra. It didn't turn up. Website tells me my order is still being processed! That's when I read the reviews. If only I'd read them before placing an order. To all intents and purposes, this site is a massive con. If they don't refund my money I will be contacting my bank to process this as a fraudulent transaction. The message is: if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Stay well away from them unless you're prepared to wait months to get your order... and willing to take the risk that you may not get it at all.

I ordered a dress off this website (NASTYDRESS) which cost over £70 as the dress was too big I requested a refund, after several communication messages over the customer support on line, I was informed £25 would be taken off for product cost for the restocking fee and handling fee according to the warranty fee. I read the whole website and this was know were to be found.

I posted the dress back by special delivery and informed them of the tracking number, I was then told I would receive a refund, after several weeks of messages and promises that I would receive the refund I still did not receive a refund.

When I logged back on to my customer support on line to send another message all communication messages were gone, I called the numbers on the website which does not work.

I sent a final complaint email to *******@gmail.com stating that if I do not receive my refund within 7 days I will be going to Trading Standards and PayPal. I ordered the dress in March - After 11 weeks since returning the dress I have finally received my refund. Never again

I ordered $245.92 worth of items. I received half of my order, which came in a reasonable time, considering coming from overseas. This order was placed 3-11-15. Here it is 6-16-15 and the second half of my order is still not delivered ($103.16). I have been communicating with this joke of a website for weeks. First they said that if I didn't receive my shipment by 6-6, to contact them and they would issue credit. 6-6 came and went. I communicated to them that I did not receive the 2nd shipment. Now they are trying to tell me that all they owe me is $24. What? We have been going back and forth, wasting my time. I will be filing a complaint with my state attorney and with the FTC. Foreign companies like this should not be allowed to do business here in the US. Unlike what they may believe, our money doesn't grow on trees!
