I bought first then I read the reveis after waiting a month and nothing had arrived. I was really terrified I'd fallen for a scam. So my jacket arrived today and I thought it was not going to fit (im kinda large) as reveiws said tiny clothes cheaply made but it looks as described it fits and although I can tell the zips are cheap they work and I could replace if needed. I will give four stars though because it took over a month to and that was specified it wasn't dispatched for 2 weeks and it was meant to be sent from America but its from Germany xxx
First my order took almost 3 weeks to come in. All the way from China. Got my order stuffed in an envelope. And it does not come even close to what the picture looks Ike. I'm so dissappointed. Don't buy from this company. FALSE ADVERTISING.
The clothes in the pictures on their site are totally different to what you get. The site is rubbish and the returns system is non existent. I received 7 items and 2 items where the same and one was torn. I can't return as they won't send me a form that I need to fill in and I also have to send pictures of everything I bought. (No idea why) crap quality and they won't send me my order number

I am totally frustrated! Orders don't come, contact customer service can't provide any information. One small part of the order finally came and it is pure trash. Pictures do not match the product. And overall cost and trouble make this lousy product very expensive. I am still waiting and tried to cancel the rest of my order. I should have checked reviews first I will never never order without reviewing a company again. This is made my online ordering experience disappointing and painful. Two words of advice... Don't buy!

Please heed my warning and never order from this company. Complete garbage and made of the worst materials you can even imagine! Customer service is a joke they will not let you send anothing back if your lucky you might get a small refund. The coat is ordered is NOT the one from the website complete junk all the buttons are coming off there's stray strings everywhere it's just plain garbage!

The cardigan i ordered, because i fall in love for the first sight looks totally different than the cardigan i received :'( it is horrible! Nice warm yaay but so disgusting that i wont go out to the street in it :'( i contacted them, they said: "I have contacted the revelant department and they told us that we did send you the right item. It is really difficult to make the clothes." LOOOL so do not post unreal pics about them! I wrote a review under the dress on their sight, i could even uplode my picture, but it never appeard there! There are only good comments. And i can not write a new one, it doesn't let me. I had 2 options: to send the dress back to china on my cost - because it is my fault that they sending me wrong products?!?!?!:@, or they will refund me 20%... i learned the lesson...

Just ordered a few items for my girlfriend. They were on sale, only came out to ~$14. I'm hopeful, but after seeing all these terrible reviews... I don't see it going well. Not too worried if it doesn't pan out.
Side note: I love how almost all of the great 5 star reviews, and customer service replies, have terrible grammar and punctuation. While the terrible reviews are pretty well thought out, and are easy to read.
**Update**
I'm glad I wrote this review before my order had been fully processed. As I suspected there was an issue. One of the items in my order was back ordered and unavailable at this time. Yet the website shows that it's still available for purchase. They offered me a refund of approximately 65% of the items value, plus some extra points. But I would only be able to use this refund on their site...
I'll give them kudos for trying to rectify the problem early. They're really keeping on top of their reviews. It's just the way they go about it is really sloppy, and not up to par.
**Update**
So I placed my order on Jan 24th. Took the free shipping option, 2 - 25 days. It's now Feb 19th, 26 days later. Checked my order on their website. It's still processing, not even shipped yet, lol. Bogus!

They offer an assortment of great products that maybe hard to find on more well known sites, items get to me within a reasonable time. Overall good experience so far.
Hi, I ordered 4 items. Only three of them arrived and one of them was not only the wrong size but it was a really bad shape, and anyone with boobs that shape would have to have a deformity. The other two items were very poor quality and not as shown in the photos, different colouring, and I would never wear them. The pictures are very misleading and I'd be better of making clothes out of shopping bags, and if I don't get my money back I will be contacting my bank and I will get my money back that way as I have done it before.

Nasty gal looks like a brilliant site with great quality clothes but its not i ordered a top from nasty gal and paid £10 for postage plus the price of the top. It came about a month later, when it came the delivery man was asking to pay an extra £30 pound. I refused. Do not ever buy from nasty gal they don't even give you refunds. They are a fake company and terrible company i strongly don't recommend it.

I generally don't buy clothes on the internet because fit is so important to me and I don't have time to make returns, but the clothes were so low priced that I took a chance. I got 2 one piece tight jumpers and they fit and they are unique. I was afraid they would be too small (I am a 12 and they only had L) but they weren't. They aren't the best quality clothes that I've ever owned but they are cheap! Also, they WILL take a long time to arrive. Do not order the clothes if you are in a hurry to get them. I am definitely going to buy from them again.
FIRST, I checked website info to ensure I'm NOT ordering from CHINA. I do not help keep CHIINA in business in any way. Website says UK or London, so ok, I wear a women's 12 but ordered an XXL shirt based on size chart & then some. I received a corset front shirt with a ribbon hanging in it, so I was to lace it myself lol, and could not even get it on because my normal size arms will not fit into the sleeves. I also had my daughter a size 4-6 try it and she couldn't get it on either. As was NOT expected, it shipped from CHINA (SCAM ALERT) and took almost 30 days which surpasses their 30 day "warranty." They only offer returns IF YOU SHIP, and only offer exchange, so that alone should be evidence that they are FULLY aware of the quality issues and do NOT take responsibility for them. If everyone having problems would file credit card and/or Paypal disputes those payment methods would probably eventually cut them off entirely. I'll certainly do my part by reposting this EVERYwhere I can find.

The clothes they send are nothing like the picture the show. The items they sent me look like a child from primary school project. I am so disappointed after they took so long to arrive now I can't even wear them. Not impressed at all

Hi all, just placed my first order, although i read the reviews, order was placed via paypal so if no show I can automatically get a refund. Pay Pal with deal directly with the business. I will await eagerly as there are some lovely items on this site... If I dont receive anything within the time limit I will ask paypal for a full refund and will review here again... First and foremost, listen to the people warning you to stay far away from this company. Here's my story.
I ordered what I thought were two awesome coats for my boyfriend for Christmas. (Little did I know the pictures are fake/stolen from other sites) I made the order around the 18th, paid extra for expedited shipping and was guaranteed that my order would arrive before Christmas. I don't remember exactly when it actually arrived but it was beyond late so I wasted money on the extra shipping. Anyway, the order finally came and these mens "coats" were tiny, ridiculously cheap imitations of the pictures I saw on the site. They were both XL, but when he tried them on I literally thought they would burst at the seams. The fabric was thin and crappy, and they were SO cheaply made. One of them even turned out to be a womans jacket with fake silk polka dot lining. Can you imagine giving your boyfriend a hideous womens jacket as a late Christmas gift? Embarrassing. Infuriating.
So of course there isn't a number to call customer service so I have to submit a ticket. I sent them a clearly detailed description of my problem and disappointment and politely but sternly expressed that I was very angry and want a refund in full. I even said I would still pay for the item to shipped back as stated in thier company policy. It's been a week now and have I received any kind of response? Of course not. I was going to refrain from leaving a bad review until they had a chance to fix the problem but it's way too late for that now.
I guess I'm the stupid one for falling for this fake website and going against my instinct. I mean, what can you expect from a company that uses pictures of random girls taking cell phone selfies to advertise items that they don't even really have? What a joke. Stay far away from this bunk website. It's seriously laughable and pathetic. I would be humiliated to be associated with this company. I can't wait to receive my fake automated reply to this review saying they actually care and want to fix the problem because I could REALLY use a good laugh to cheer me up!

I ordered a Man's coat from Nasty Dress and I must say the price was great the shipping was fast and the quality of the coat is great. Heavy duty zipper lots of pockets looks like it's mad to last. I will buy from them again
The items shipped are not as pictured. I am 5'3, yet only the super long items came close to fitting. What looks like hip length is practically a belly shirt. The material is not the same as pictured, nor is the color. Be careful ordering as returning items to China is expensive.
