I am in the process of building out the website I recently hosted with namehero.com. So far, everything is going well and I am satisfied with both the price and the service. The YouTube videos provided by namehero.com really assisted me in setting up the namehero.com account and the word press website. I am not a professional website builder, so the web site building education provided on You Tube is invaluable; especially when it is current and by the company hosting my website.
Great company that I will continue to use for my company for years to come! Name hero has been fast, responsive, and overall just great!

Namehero is great hosting company and their service is good and their server speed is blazing fast.
I has few issues with them right away.
The linode was not correct, the package i have bought has ******* and in the service i received had ******* but when i have contacted them then they fixed it.
Their customer support is good but doesnt have online chat option. Only has ticket system which makes it so tedious that you have to wait for them until they respond to your ticket. So you are not sure then when they will response and how long you have to wait for it.
Overall my experience was nice with them but the ticket system makes me a bit annoyed, they should have online chat system. Which i believe almost every hosting company has. Ticket system is a bit outdated.

After a little bit of exploration and discovery, I stand by my intial review, and maintain that Namehero provides a quality service and platform for webshosting especially when compared against their competition. I am glad that I made the choice to use them for my platform and look forward to many years of future business and patronage.
Great decision to move to NameHero. Plenty of resources and I get a great deal of control over how I can use memory, upload size etc. Elsewhere I would need a VPS to get this much control. Support has been super fast and brilliant! Highly recommend.
I was a request for changing my MAIN website domain. The support was very nice and the problem was solved BUT when i asked why I can't do it myself only answear was because my plan doesnt have that option... I wanted to know what plan does have that option etc etc but no extra info...why? Dont know...maybe i would have upgraded but since i dont know what plan does have the option and power to change my main domain any time by myself...no upgrade and no more money for you...

Correct service, improvements are to be made at the level of the support service. I never get my site up and running Each time I ask a question they do not take the time to understand. For example when I create a new account in WHM my private name server does not appear. When creates a new Wordpress site the system is not set to mail me my login details, I never get my Cpanel connexion details etc
Really great service so far, pricy abit, hoping for some good discounts later. Need some attention on limits for reseller accounts, too low limits.
Your account interface is confusing. And I don't get all the info I need quickly. For example, what is the url for the cpanel login? Where is my FTP info? On Siteground, all of that is provided to me and intuitively found.
Websites go down constantly with DNS issues on nameheros side. Would NOT recommend if you need a reliable service.
I have had a few issues but customer service is fantastic. The migration from Hostgator's reseller to NameHero went flawless. Wish I found them sooner.
