NameHero has been a wonderful host since day one. Their support team is so incredibly helpful to newbies when learning their system. They step in with recommendations when needed. My overall experience has been great, and the LiteSpeed servers are amazingly fast as well, helping out with so much. Highly recommended after going through a handful of other competitors first. I've been through hosting with lots of competitors, including GoDaddy, HostMonster, HostGator, Siteground, and IONOS.
It's a shame that after being a reseller customer of Name Hero for almost 4 years, now they took the one-way decision to migrate my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Now all my clients are offline with no website nor emails. For 3 days I have been communicating with support and I already did what they ask with no success. At first they say "No further action needed from your end. It may take up to 24 hours to propagate the DNS zone changes all over the internet. Please allow some time and then check." Now they say "...it can take up to 72 hours." How long should I wait? My customers cannot wait much longer.

The shopping cart item generated by the ID protection, email forwarding, and external DNS management add-ons adds $21.92 to the total for 1 year renewal, but when selecting 1 year renewal from the item's drop down menu, the amount changes to $12.98, with no change to the checkout total. Quite misleading. In addition, clicking continue after choosing my domain name sent me back to the web hosting plan selection page without the discount, twice. Your website is also a bit slow these past couple days. Other than those few things, I enjoy your website design and flow.

Customer service was great at the beginning. When I reach the point of buying the template, the response of the staff was not to the point. You are next wondering where does a person go for help. There is another problem, the video is not detailed at the point of explaining the important information for success. They also delay in giving a refund for lack of service.
I have had a terrible experience working with NameHero - They owe me over $1000 and keep making excuses as to why they can not refund me.
I am definitely not going to leave this matter here and they will bare the consequences coming their way.
Starting legal action against this company - do yourself a favour and look for an alternative, more ethical hosting company to work with and avoid a bad situation by working with NameHero.

Im happy with the Hosting so far. The Interface is also very nice because its user friendly and you have a good Overview.
This service has been nothing but a disappointment from day one. Their customer service is NOT 24/7, so when your site goes down (and it will a lot), you are out of luck. They are right at 5x the cost of their competitors (reseller hosting, and compare for yourself. Lastly, my Siteground sites are much faster than Namehero.

I'v just recently hosted with name hero and so far it has been a good experiences. They have a been very supportive with me getting up and running.
I like how it has a lot of features and a lot of different built in themes. I dont like how the customization is awkward on the website screen and has a lot of bugs you must work around.
Everything seems straight forward and it's easy to use. And it provide all the useful tools. I also like that they have an affordable rate.
Needed to move Domain name from GoDaddy.com to Namehero per client request! Great Job as Always! Thank You!

I bought Host and domain on their website, at the last step when I was going to pay, I got an error message that I have to start over, while they withdrew the money from my bank account, without registering any Host and domain. After they contacted and they manually added the Host and the domain to me. They put the domain on the wrong name and they don't want to change the name for me now. They have made the mistake themselves, but they do not own up to the mistake.
I do not recommend NameHero at all, do not buy any of them at all.

I've been emailing back & forth to find out answers but am getting conflicting information. A phone call would be a better way to get issues resolved more quickly.
I could start using the web hosting right after the purchase and I didn't face any problem yet. It's working just fine.
They make changes to the service without telling you nothing and leave you with all your customer's problems
I'm having a really hard time navigating everything and I'm upset that I'm paying again for a domain. I want to be rewarded for transferring my domain to you.
Any issues and you hear back (from tickets) within about an hour, even on weekends. And get positive action. And a personal response.
(As a contrast, hosting firm I used before took at least a day to respond, and then it was copy/paste and often useless).

Wouldn't accept my card last night. Had to use one that I wanted to close today which was very annoying.
It would be helpful if there's a 10-mins video that guides new clients on setting-up their account, password, difference between NameHero account and cPanel account, etc.

Happy it was a breeze without difficult inputs. I did not need advance talent to be able to process the order.
This incompetent, criminally slow company should be broken apart and everyone fired. They didn't provide the services purchased, made excuses as to why THEIR OWN products don't work with each other and then just gave excuses as to why they weren't issuing a refund AFTER I closed my account account. THEN, they disputed the refund with my bank when I disputed the charge!
