My previous COMFEDERAITON.COM domain expired and I reached your Artur S. On chat and he was simply fantastic in helping me to put money in my account and then reclaiming it for me and explaining DNS settings, etc. As a result, I was in a good mood and purchased TESLANIA.COM as well. However, when I finished chatting, I clicked on CLOSE then on STAY ON SITE and then a "Forbidden" message came up. So, I was not able to write a review and am adding it here. Thanks again Artur S.

Overall, my experience with Namecheap.com is good. Please note that an SSL ceritificate, up until now, is the only product of them that I ordered.
At this price point, the service is great, expecially the fact that you can get 3 host names validated in 1 certificate without any additional charge.
The ordering process is quite clear, as is the means of delivery of the actual certificate. One thing that could be made more clear, is which additional CA/intermediate certificate in the delivery ZIP needs to be added in the ceritificate bundle that you install on the webserver.
