Probably the best online ordering I've seen so far. You'd think ebay or amazon would take a page from your book! The only annoying thing is that PayPal took the money from me in USD instead of GBP, so I'd say if I had used my Debit card instead, I'd have been charged a conversion fee.

There was an annoying glitch with the address before checkout, it didn't like the postcode I entered until I added a new address for each contact (administrator, technical, etc) - despite the postcode being the same.
Other than that, the overall experience was good. And I am very happy with the price.

The system wouldn't accept my postcode initially, on the WHOIS/ICANN data screen. I went back to the address screen to have a look at it. It was correct so I didn't change it. When I clicked on the next button from the address screen and it jumped ahead to payment and no longer had a problem.
Also, FYI, the red error message text about 'you've left a 1 or 2 star rating' on this popup feedback window was wider than the popup box.
It's been easy, quick, and painless,but it took forever to get a response from the customer service woman.
