A friend of mine told me about NACA that she found in a video on youtube. Filling out the application was pretty easy, and when I had my first appointment, I realized I had the right person to fight for me. They are more interested in getting me a home I can keep instead of just a house I may lose in the future. The lady who spoke to me was very patient, answered all my questions, and gave me all the needed information. At this level of the process, I would have been closer to getting my dream home if I had all the required information.

NACA is very helpful, and professional. My previous caseworker was amazing, I had somethings come up and had to pause my application. But I'm now ready and super excited for what's ahead this is an amazing program and I can't wait to inform others about it.

I completed workshop and have submitted all my required paperwork. Had appointment with my counselor who was very patient and she went through every piece of papwork with me. My counselor told me what debt l need to pay off and she gave me a projection date for me to get qualified for a mortgage with NACA. I was very pleased and encouraged with my counseling session. I look forward to moving forward on this home buying journey with NACA. Great job thus far!

It might seem to be hard but it's not just take your time and do the things they ask you to do and you learn.

I am greatful for the NACA home buying program. Although am still in the process of getting approval, I feel encouraged because I have a wonderful counselor. Ms. Gwendolyn is super patient, helpful, encouraging, and has great spirit. She answers all my questions and is so deducated to guiding me through the process every step of the way. She accommodates me with appointments and is always pleasant. With her continued guidance, I feel confident that I will be moving in my own home soon.

Though I am still in the early stages of the process and have completed a few of my counseling sessions, I am pleased to have made it this far. I became a NACA member in 2018, participated in several workshops and eager to pursue this opportunity because of what it stands for, it's long history, and continued fight for the equal fair housing rights and privileges of homeowners and renters nationwide. What keeps me moving forward now is maintaining a conscience mindset of "falling in love with the process" of becoming a homeowner that is not just a dream but a reality. With this new mental awareness of thinking, I am able to keep abreast of tasks that require up-to-date documentation; close monitoring of my savings, budgeting, and spending goals; plus insuring regular ongoing communication with my counselor, making the process and instructions less tedious and easy to follow. I encourage anyone in the NACA program to continue their quest in experiencing the reality of homeownership by falling madly in love with the process. Wishing you much success to stay focused and move forward!

NACA provides affordable interest rate for first time home buyers. As an aspiring first time home owner, I am glad that i have known about them and hope to get the low interest rate I need to help me buy my first home that I'll be able to raise my children in.

Great program for first time home buyer. Am in the middle stage of my application process. So far the process is easy to follow and good guidance from the counselor.

I have always been interested in being a home owner but I have no idea where to start until one day someone told me about the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA). I have been told that the program is amazing and provides benefits like no closing cost, no down payment, low interest rates which I found to be true. I am currently working on my action plan and I am working with my counselor who is very helpful in guiding me towards achieving my goal. I will encourage anyone who wants to be a home owner to join NACA and I am excited to get to the finish line.

My experience with NACA has been good so far. I am currently attending the Achieve the Dream Event and we are working on qualification items. Our payment monthly with NACA is estimated to be much lower than with other lenders. Very excited about the outcome

I love NACA! This is an amazing program not only do they help you through the process of buying your home but help you manage your spending! They have resources and tools that are very useful! The process is worth it! You do have to submit a handful of documents. There are no closing cost and or down payments as well as low interest rates! We just had a meeting my husband and I and we're so looking forward to buying our first home! Thank you NACA!
