When I arrived on my 1st meeting, on the room next door there was a family excited about their home purchase. Before this program, I thought it would be impossible to become a homeowner, but this program makes it possible. I've searched with realtors, programs, and all haven't been as helpful and service full as NACA has. Besides the fact that you don't have to do a down payment, and no closing costs, they also provide amazing service and helpful tools to track your spendings and make sure you are successful in finalizing your home ownership journey. You just need patience, and to endure through all the paperwork, and time you will be asked for. I'm still on my journey and it has paid off! Will provide an update as soon as we cross the finish line!

Don't trust this company. They received millions of dollars from the government, and they will hold webinars and collect customer info. But they will never actually get you in a home. I've had all my documents uploaded for over 2 months. I was told I had a new counselor, who then canceled my meeting. They don't provide contact numbers, so all you can do is call the hotline, and those people can't do anything but tell you to contact your counselor. So I've emailed who is supposed to be my counselor. Never to get a response. They literally have access to my bank info, my job info, my tax info, my family info, everything, but will not respond. Idk how it use to be run at NACA but it is a scam now

I have been working with NACA since may of 2022 they have been very informative and helping in assisting me with getting ready for home ownership. They classes provide me with needed information and my counseling classes with Tiffany have kept me on track. Great program!

NACA has been one of the few organizations that has really helped me tirelessly throughout the homebuying process. Not only do they assist with grants, provide financial guidance, they also encourage you along the way. It may be a long process but its definitely worthwhile and I would recommend this program to everyone looking to purchase a home.

They are very informative on qualifications for buying a home. The information I received today from Amanda and her team answer all my questions regarding the underling of purchasing a home. Im glad my coworker told me about NACA.

I am new to NACA Program. The first thing you need to do is go to the initial seminar ( 3 hours) and learn all about the program. After completing the seminar you will receive a NACA ID number, that can be used to log onto the NACA Portal. You must provide the required financial documentation as noted on the portal (upload. Pdf) files

The second step is to get a scheduled time to meet with a counselor. Your assigned counselor will go over all documentation with you and prepare an action item list for any additional documentation.

I think NACA has been very helpful, in walking me through the first-time buyer process. My counselor has guided me through the process and understanding what the banks qualifications they are looking to approve. We are at the end of the process and I am so pleased to see my purchase of a home come true.

We are still in the process of getting approved. But at the end of it we have been working with a counselor since February of 2022. It is a lengthy process. But well worth the money you will save on purchasing a home. I think it is a great program, I look forward to purchasing pictures of our new home. I like the I deal of having someone to walk and explain the unknow of purchasing a home. They will make sure you have all you need to buy. However, know that you will need patience, and held accountable for producing the work of submitting documents. If you are not serious, naca is not for you.

When I was thinking of buying a house, I was looking at many home buying programs. But a friend of mine told me that it would be much better if I started NACA. In fact, I find NACA is the best home buying program I've ever seen, with no down payment, no closing cost, and have more benefits. I am very happy that counselors also advise carefully and clearly. My counselor, Megan Evans, is very helpful, helping people to become homeowners.

I have started the NACA process the beginning of this year (2022), I have been assigned an amazing counselor, Ms. Redman who has been helping and guiding me with every step along the way. NACA allows anyone to become a homeowner. Just follow your counselor's advise and stick to the plan. Don't get frustrated and quit. You will eventually see the finish line and reach your goal.

I began my NACA journey to become a homeowner. In my opinion, NACA offers the best opportunity for 1st time home buyers with its No Down Payment, No Closing Cost, and Below Market Fixed Rate policy. My mortgage counselor, Mr. Antonio Coronado, has been excellent. His experience, knowledge, and customer service have been amazing. He explained everything in detail and answered my questions.
I hope I'll be qualified and buy my first home soon!

Excited to move forward with this mortgage. The seminar was comprehensive and thorough and so easy to follow.

I am glad that my process so far is smooth. With the help of my counselor it will be easy. I am glad that there is No down payments, No closing costs, No requirement for high credit score. With her help i know that I got this, she has my best interest. I really value her opinion.

We have really enjoyed the process so far, we are a the point of approval but for now things are okay. Thanks to our counselor, things are a little easier for us.
