I'VE JUST STARTES MY JOURNEY WITH NACA THIS NOV. IVE HAD MY WORKSHOP AND 1ST INTAKE APPOINTMENT. IVE KNOWN ABOUT NACA FOR SOMETIME NOW AND FEEL LIKE ITS A GREAT DECISION TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THAM. MY COUNSELOR ANTONIO HAS BE GREAT THIS FAR WITH RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS. I HAVE A LONG WATN TO GO BUT IM READY FOR THIS CHANGE.

NACA provides a great program for obtaining affordable home ownership. They help you to achieve the home ownership dream.

With interest at their highest in years, Naca is the best option their interest rate are great and you only have to put down a low closing cost.

I have had a great experience learning about NACA. I am on my way to providing a forever home for myself and my daughter all because of NACA. I look forward to bringing awareness to the NACA program.

Naca is such a great way for minorities to own their own property. The amount of time it takes is tiresome but I believe in the end it is worth it. People have had a-lot of success stories and I cannot wait for mine.

I've heard about NACA throughout the years from friends, family and some coworkers. After submitting my information and participating in the meeting, the timeliness of my first counseling session was so quick. My counselor, Benita Beck, helpful when it comes to explaining the details and breaking down the process to me and also leading me into the right direction. After our session I was sent an Action Plan and it helped me to create a better budgeting tactic. The documentation NACA requires is very straightforward and the videos are also there as a tool for more clarification. I have been so excited with this journey thus far and can't wait to see the end results!

Home buying is overwhelming so having work with you one on one is such a great support. The initial webinar was really helpful to lay out the foundation and information you need to know if you want to move forward with the program. The counselor I was assigned with has ben pretty responsive and followed up with any questions or concerns.

NACA is a program that works for the challenging situation. No credit score, no closing cost, low rate (with buy down) and more. This is the only way at this time I can purchase a house.

Everyone has been extremely helpful. They take their time and walk you through all the steps and make sure that you fully understand what's happening before moving on to the next step.

The first meeting with Naca was very informative. The counseling officer was very courteous and friendly. She also offered tips to help me through my journey. It has been a great experience so far and look forward to continue working with NACA.

People may say NACA process takes longer than expected but I beg to differ. NACA process all depends on the individual current financial state and living arrangement. Your living habits is just as important when trying to become a homeowner. This program has taught me great patience and understanding throughout my entire process. I would recommend anyone whether purchasing a home for the first time and/or already a homeowner.
