I took a break from he NACA process a couple years ago because I did not find the representative at that time to be very helpful. I have since rejoined in the past couple months and thankfully I have a representative that will go through in detail what is required.

We bought our first home with NACA and we couldn't be happier! We got the lowest interest rate and there was no down payment! Yes, the process is lengthy but their team helps you all the way through it- Olivia Ruiz was absolutely amazing from start to end- She is friendly, efficient and gets the job done! I highly recommend this program to buy the house of your dreams

My husband and I are looking for a fresh start. We heard of Naca thru a close friend. Our counselor Matthew, continues to work with us. To make sure everything is in order, and that we have the best opportunity to continue our journey as a newlywed couple

I first learned about the NACA program from a former colleague of mine who had just finished working with them and obtaining their first home. After joining a webinar and learning more about the history of the program, I can honestly say that they are here for the community in ensuring there is equity for all in home ownership! Looking forward to learning more.

I am just starting the NACA process, uploaded the requested documents and was given a counseling appointment date and time. The appointment was a few months out, though. I didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous initially. Happily my appointment went smoothly and it didn't take that long. I do have a few "action" items that I need to correct/ add. My next appointment is 1/26/2023. My Counselor made the process easy and smooth. (I'm not sure if I can mention her name; I will check first). I will be back after 1/26/2023 to post the next review. Trust the process!

You can lean on them because they know what's best for you, the process is easy as long you have the necessary documents

Naca has been a great help to me. They have been very helpful in guiding me through the home buying process as a first time purchaser with no idea of how to go about this process. It also helps that you do not have to make a down payment and their process is practically free as you only have to pay a small membership fee of $25. This is a great opportunity and with out them I don't think I would be able to become a home owner. Try them out. They get a thumbs up from me.

I started my NACA process in New Jersey and I would have to say that the Newark office was always very busy and it was hard to contact anyone. Since I have moved to Florida and am dealing with the NACA office I must say its like night and day. Getting an appointment was not hard for me to talk to a counselor and she was very nice and helpful. I have recommended this to my friend and she started her process.

I completed my Intake Appointment last week. The appointment was virtual, and my counselor (Patricia Frost) was amazing! She explained the process and discussed very detailed information as we progressed through each step. My plan of action was shared and when I reached out to Ms. Frost to ask questions over the weekend she responded promptly very early Monday morning. I'm looking forward to moving to the next level of the NACA process. Thanks!

I'm looking forward to purchasing a home through the NACA Program. My mom told me about this program and I'm willing to give it a try. So let the excitement begin.

I am deeply grateful that someone is doing something about powerful and unscrupulous lenders who could care less about you or me! It hurts to be stepped on, overlooked, and scammed when you are only trying to realize the American dream. Because of this, I am especially grateful for the founding of NACA, the accomplishment of each family's participation, and the inclusive and fair backers, like Bank of America and others, who have strengthened NACA in order to assist all of us in having a chance to realize the American dream. No company is perfect, but this one tries to be, and like it or not, they really do have your back!

Joining Naca and starting the homebuying process has been a great experience. Every counselor and team member that I have encountered has been very helpful and giving great information about the program. I am satisfied with my experience with naca so far.

I heard about NACA from a friend. I got so excited about the fact that there is no down payment, no closing cost, and no credit score needed it. Everywhere i go to apply for mortgage they asked me about credit score. I work with Darryl Hughes and he made this home process stressless. He is guiding me steps by steps and I feel so comfortable and not overwhelmed at all. I highly recommend this program and I already been telling everyone I know is looking to buy a house to go to NACA.

I always wanted to own my home since I came to America. I dreamt that it would one day be real. I never gave up hope. It was a big challenge for me, being an foreigner here in Texas. My wife told me in 2017 that we are going to a meeting. I was at a NACA workshop the next day, and the possibility of us owning our home became a reality. It took us (my wife and I) to get to this point, but as you can see we never gave up. Thank to NACA the process was and is doable.

NACA represents to me a great opportunity to buy the first house for my family. It's been a long process but at the end is worth it because they offer lower interest rate with no down payment. The time it takes to get approved for a loan is longer and more extensive than any other mortgage providers.
However you save about 1% in interest and other expenses. Depending on your situation this makes well worth the time. Antonio Coronado did also took his time to guide us thru the process. Thank you!

One of my close friends bought her house through NACA and she referred me to them. I've been working with NACA since July and my process has been sooooo smooth. You do have to upload a lot of information but it's all worth it in the end because they save you tons of money. I've recently been sent to qualifications and now just waiting to hear back. My counselors have been so very sweet and kind and you can really tell they love their jobs. I've heard so many bad things about NACA from so many people but that just goes to show me that you cannot go by what other people say. You have to do things for yourself. I LOVE NACA
