NACA is a true organization. The personnel at NACA is amazing—they are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Any family member or friend would receive my highest recommendation for NACA.

Every faces adversities and NACA program will give you a plan to smooth the wrinkles in the road. Stick to your plan no matter how frustrating and tedious you believe it is the end result will be worth your diligence.

The program is long but worth it. Just be patient and you will get through. No down payment and no closing cost. That is a formula for a good real estate deal. NACA.COM

I'm currently working with NACA to get qualified for home ownership. So far the process has been smooth. My counselor is Scotisha Jordan and she has a warm and engaging personality. She's meticulous, patient, accommodating, takes her time to explain things in a way that I can clearly understand, and she TRIPLE CHECKS before we get off the phone to make sure we're on the same page.
The intake process itself is particularly detail orientated and it enables you to create and maintain personal habits that cause you to focus on improving your credit by monitoring and making necessary adjustments to your spending, saving and overall budgeting.
One thing I would ask the NACA Program to change is the credit check process. Although your credit score doesn't determine your qualification for a home, there is still a credit check that has to be done. This brought my credit score down by 53 points. This could be avoided by allowing the prospective homebuyer to print out their own score from Experian.com and submitting a detailed printout of their credit which is the same information that your counselor will see when they process a hard credit pull. I'm looking forward to my next (and hopefully last) intake before I get started with the loan processing part of the program.

I am excited to start the process of buying a house and was recommended to NACA. I did a workshop and got a counseling appointment within a couple months. They were very helpful in telling me the things I needed to do to become a homeowner. As long as you are willing to put in the work to get where you need to be the process can be easy and outcome rewarding.

I'm working with Naca.right now. Anything worth having it's worth working hard for. I never been a homeowner I'm about to cry I'm up in age a little slow but I have a good counselor! I'm on a fixed income my naca counselor is trying her best (Mrs esme Redman) she is very patient and considerate. I think it's a good program for first time homeowners.

I did not plan to purchase a home when I learned about NACA while listening to NPR. The process requires many documents and my counselor has been helpful answering my questions. I share the NACA program with friends who are considering a home purchase.

I inquired with NACA at the encouragement of a coworker who purchased his home through NACA. He raved that getting a home through NACA was the best financial decision he ever made. This encouraged me to begin the process of obtaining a home through NACA. I began the process in December 2022, and I am almost finished with the prequalification process as of February! My counselor is Antonio, and he has been fantastic. Not only has he accommodated my schedule, but he has also been flexible when we changed the loan for just my husband and I to just in my name. I cannot wait to save thousands in closing costs and purchase a home in this difficult market.

I heard about the NACA program from a coworker, and I must say I was very curious. I attended workshop, and was provided really good information about the program. I had my first meeting with my counselor Ms. Kim who is very sweet and helpful. So far so good. The process can be long, however very worth it. NACA is the best first time buyer program there is.

My agent Chukku is guiding me, reviewing my financials, and providing advice on how to manage my expenses and set a goal to meet the requirements to qualify for a loan.

NACA is a great homebuying program. The counselors were very helpful through out each step of the qualification process.

I'm exciting to say that I'm finally starting the NACA process! So it's been good, currently submitting all of my documents to become qualified! Yall better come get this no payment, no PMI, and bellow the market interest rates with the option to buy down your interest rate.

I just started my journey with NACA! I heard about it from my boyfriend and immediately started researching online. I attended a home buyer's workshop roughly a week and a half later and had all my initial docs uploaded into my portal a week after that! My counselor is friendly and thorough but tells it like it is. You DO have to work and be disciplined with your finances...save, save, save! In the end, the sweat and maybe tears will be worth it!

NACA is opening the doors for everybody to purchase their first home. Their workshop was very informative and the loan office assigned to me is very responsive and helpful. This is great for first time home buyers such as myself.

Thank you to NACA! Eventhough this company is not currently in my State, I'm so glad I was presented with the opportunity to sign-up for this program. I have completed my initial sign-up and attended the workshop in December 2022 and I'm well on my way to buying my first home. Although my credit is not perfect, NACA stands by their purpose and agenda so bad credit will not hinder me from pursuing my home buying process compared to working with other companies and applying for a mortgage with some other creditors...
