NACA is helping me to improve on budgeting and overall improving my financial literacy. They offer great incentives to people looking to achieve their dreams in home ownership. The guidance they give really makes the dream achievable.

One of the standout features of NACA's program is their focus on education and counseling. They offer workshops and seminars that cover everything from budgeting and credit management to mortgage lending and home maintenance. This educational approach is essential for first-time homebuyers and helps them make informed decisions about homeownership.

NACA is a great program. It is not an easy process but it will be worth it. It helps people like me to achieve a dream of homeownership and offers a much lower interest rate.

I am in a process of completing the NACA homeownership program and it has been an amazing experience! As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially overwhelmed by the process of purchasing a home, but the program provided me with all the resources and support I needed to navigate the process with ease.

The program included a comprehensive workshop course that covered everything from budgeting and saving for a down payment to selecting the right home and securing financing. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, answering all of my questions and providing guidance whenever I needed it.

Today 3.11.2023, I attended the NACA Homebuyers Workshop. The program is good for individuals that are serious about doing what it takes to be a successful homeowner. The program is not an overnight fix to a home purchase, so if you are willing to do the work, this program is an excellent avenue. The counselors provided an extensive review on all that it takes to buy a home. I learned a great deal and I'm excited about the journey to homeownership.

I began my journey with NACA back in September 2022 and have advanced to the next stage of the pre-qualifying process. It has been very challenging to say the least, but with the help of my counselor, I am determined to reach my goal of being a homeowner again. When I heard about this program, my immediate thought was to inform my family and friends to check this program out as a possible way to achieve homeownership. I let them know that the NACA program offers a lot of benefits such as no closing costs, no down payment, no fees and even their credit score if not up to par would not be an issue, something they might not get if you were to go the traditional route of obtaining a mortgage through a bank or some other financial institution. Thankfully a few have responded and actually signed up for the workshop and are now on their own journey to becoming homeowners. So, I encourage anyone that truly wants to purchase their own home to definitely take a look at the NACA program and all they have to offer.

My journey to date has been quit some ride. At some points, I did get discouraged due to having (5) different counselors and each counselor had their own guided work ethics but I will say that My last Counselor Gwendolyn Turner made it all worth the wait. She is beyond patient and her work ethics are phenomenal. She doesn't sugar coat anything and most importantly, she inspires you to have patience with the process, work hard to reach your goal reminds you to keep faith. Not sure where she been hiding since I joined, but I am beyond lucky to have her now! As I expressed before, getting your finances aligned with your financial spending habits will help make your process much easier, let alone your life in general. Overall, I am grateful for this experience. Thank you, thank you and thank you! I am one step closer to owning my first home

I was introduced to this program by a friend, which can assist individuals in becoming homeowners and does not require a down payment, fees, or private mortgage insurance. As long as you have all of your documents (W-2, tax return, bank statements, etc.), The procedure doesn't take too long at all. I'm working with a counselor who is extremely helpful because he makes the process easier and answers all of my questions. I'll write another review when I finally buy my house!

It has been an awesome experience from start to finish. Naca has been very helpful and professional.

I found out about NACA from a family member who has purchased their home through the program. His first advice to me was 'Be smart with your money and follow the program. The process will be faster.' So far I am right on schedule even though I started in Nov 2022, there were things I had to take care of in order to be better prepared. Credit score does not effect the process but showing that you can budget and be financially responsible is what NACA is helping people with so they can get people bank loans without disruption. Faith Beach is my counselor and so far things are falling into place.

I came to NACA in August of 2022. Still working with my counselor to get qualified due personal action that I need it to take care. I am now in the process of being qualified and hope I will soon. The program is wonderful, there not other program out there that will help families with low income as NACA does. Come to NACA and you will see that it does payoff to be patient and you will achieve your goal.

I was encouraged by my friend to use NACA to be a future homeowner. I am excited to start the process. So far i have been doing good completing all the requirments for homeowner qualifucation. I am so excited to find a service like this because buying a house for the first time is so not easy. Counselor and agent are helping me prepare for the next steps. They are also helping me to know the saving and managment of my income. I am still in the process, but so far it's good. I am hoping I will be homeowner soon.

Hi I started Naca Sept.2021 I got approved In March 2022 My housing search has begun, I haven't found a home yet,but im still hang in here to do such. I will find me my dream home this year 2023. Stay the course. Also i want to say i have a great counselor as well. -T. Robinson 3/2/2023

I was referred by a friend. So far I get a good feeling about this program. Very frustrating uploading documents trying to find information that's required. At the same time I am learning and getting knowledge on being a home buyer. I am still in the counseling stage. I'm glad I have the same counselor. Pray that I get approved. Hopefully my next appointment I'll move to the next stage.

Naca.com has helped me with advise on how to obtain a mortgage in order to purchase a home. They also have no closing cost and your credit score doesn't matter as long as you are making on time payments now. They offer low interest rates compared to everyone else. If your having a hard time

I am writing this review to anyone in the NACA program or are thinking about it. It is so worth it to be a member and purchase through NACA. My counselor Erik Exum was so helpful in steering us in the path of the best home for us with great home equity. On the close of our mortgage we had 30k in equity.
When we hit bumps in the road NACA was there to counsel so that we did not lose our home.
We have since sold our NACA home in Charlotte, NC and have relocated twice. If any one were to ask me if I would use NACA again, I would tell them absolutely yes.

I needed a home-buying program that can assist me step-by-step in purchasing a home. I signed up for Naca, completed the workshop, scheduled my 1st appointment which was 5 months later. So far, NACA has helped me to save money every month in preparation for a new mortgage payment. I also like the fact that they don't go by your credit score but they do analyze your credit profile. So as long as you make timely payments and you don't have any derogatory marks then your are good. I still feel like I am in the begining process, although it has been 7 months since I have attended the workshop. I am patience will try to stick through it. It's no down payment or closing cost so that is a great incentive!
