Started NACA in 2022. Have been working consistently with my mortgage counselor who is knowledgeable about everything I need to know. It has been time consuming but staying persistent and determined to reach the end goal!
I attended the first Class today. It was great to see all of the great support NACA offers Home Buyers. Not only are they helping you get into a home but teaching you how to do it in a smart way with your budget. I look forward to working with them in the future.
We went through my file for 4 hours. Mr. Coronado in a very professional manner made me understand the depth and the seriousness of the NACA's review system. I really appreciated the advice on the budget aspect.

My wife told me about the Naca program last year in November of 2022 she attended a workshop I was unable to attend. She came home so excited and ready to start. Here it is April and so for the program is going smooth. It feels good to see your wife Happy accomplishing our biggest dream,I would definitely recommend the Naca program to anyone who is looking to be a first time home owner No down payment or closing costs.

I was referred by my housing advisor. I'm almost in my final stage but haven't to keep loading documents before you can be cleared to have your documents sent to the underwriter is very frustrating. I will say I wanted to give up multiple time but at the end it was worth the work. Finger cross I'm done with submitting documents.

I started NACA in January with my husband. At first I was skeptical about the program because it sounded too good to be true, but it works! On March 7,2022 my wife and I started our house purchase journey and we are excited about our next meeting on April 17,2023, we have completed our Action Plan and we hope on this day we will get our pre-approval amount so we can start looking forn our new home. I was talking about looking for a house. I heard about NACA through a friend. I did not think nothing of it. Over time as I continue to talk about looking house, I start to hear from other people that they went through NACA when they purchase their homes. I have recently started my NACA portal. Immediately after I finish my portal, I was set up with a counseling member and an appointment. The counsel and I discussed my portal and the information inside. He was very helpful and detailed on what my next steps are. We then set up an action plan that I am currently executing. So far, the process has been smooth. I recommend you reach out to NACA if you are looking for a home.

I feel like I can't write a comprehensive review because I am still in the process. From what I've heard, the program is great but there is a lot of paper work, things aren't always explained and it can take a really long time. I've been in the process for about a year, I'll update again when I'm further in.
So far my process with NACA has been up and down I'm finally starting to see a clear ending! It was a tough process but it's all worth it!

Attended NACA workshop today and info provided was easy to understand despite from my understanding can be a long process depending on your "readiness" preparation of all required documents and staying on top of your file. Wasted an entire year only to be ran around in circles, paid membership fees 2X. Just to learn not only do they bull crap you around, they place a 25K lien against your property. Do yourself a favor, work on your credit join a credit union and finance your home through them.
It all started with my daughter applying for NACA. The young man working with her was pleasant, timely, and professional. I am grateful and thankful for the NACA Program.
