I heard about NACA through a family member and when it was explained to me, I thought it was too good to be true. I attended a Dream event at a local church and after participating I still thought it was too good to be true. I have moved forward and has begun my journey to homeownership. I have completed my first counseling session and it was very informative and I am doing the required work which is easy thus far. With God on my side, I will finish strong and I will share my end results in a couple months.

Overall the process has been smooth. Frank has been helpful in guiding us. Looking forward to finishing up the process.

This is our first time going this a rigorous application process, we have enjoyed the process and the support Frank has provided us. Highly recommend him.

My wife and I have been working through the NACA process for 8 months now and it has been very tedious but can be rewarding in the end. Working this process has taught us great bookkeeping skills, as we are always required to find some document to turn in. It has also taught us to be aware of what we are spending each month. At this time, we are now waiting to move to the next step, which will hopefully be soon.

So far the process has been smooth. We were recommended to go through NACA by friends due to all of the benefits that are provided by the program. And we are hoping that we will be allotted some of the same benefits. Uploading the documents can be intense but it is part of the process. Thus far we would totally recommend.

I'm a senior citizen just trying to live the rest of my years as happy and comfortable as possible. For me, things seem to be so much more complicated. I'm glad that I chose to use the NACA home buying program. I have found the staff, especially my counselor, to be very helpful as they guide me through the process. Having a program available to you like NACA is great but when you add in the sincere concern, encouragement, and willingness to help from the staff, especially my counselor, it becomes superb, the best experience ever,

Just had my second meeting with my NACA advisor Faith. She is so helpful and super attentive to any questions you may have. I have learned so much about the home buying process and have become much more conscious of my spending habits! I recommend the NACA program to all first time home buyers and can't wait to call myself a homeowner.

I have been working for NACA for a year now, although it has been a long process I can see the end near and it is worth it. At first it sounded too good to be true but if you put the time and effort into it, it really is that good!

Horrible experience so far. Now there tell us there no realtors in this area to help us. We found the house we want all is a go, but NACA doesn't even answer the calls. I've try to talk to other realtors to take the 2 hr class with NACA so they can help us and nobody wants to deal with them. I have 3 months to move out and I see no help in site. We have done everything we supposed to do and NACA still no call no show. My wife still have hope with them I don't.

The NACA process seems to be easy as long as you have your paperwork together and updated as told. I am in the early stages but have a great counselor who is very knowledgable and helpful in gettting you through the process. Don't give up; trust the process.

Their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. A must for first-time home buyers. I recommend them.
