Fantastic first meeting with my consoler I feel more confident about the program and excited for the next steps in my pursuit of home ownership

I and my Wife ( Donald & Carmella Bland) found out about "Naca" through a good friend and "Naca" member who referred us to look into their program. We checked it out and learned about the history, struggles, and triumphs of the founders and members, and we decided to become members of this great organization. Furthermore, we met our Naca counselor, " Sharon Bogney" who greeted us with open arms and further educated us about the program, and continues to be with us during the whole process. I and my Wife are filled with Joy about joining Naca The greatest mortgage program in America.

We been trying to get qualified though the NACA program for a few months now, the process has been taking longer than expected due to COVID. But we been patient and doing our best to provide all the requested documentation to get qualified soon. We know that this is the best program and also our counselor Sharon Bogney has been very helpful guiding us through the process. I am hoping that soon will be qualified and begin searching for our home. Thanks to NACA our dream to own a home will become true.

My spouse and I heard about NACA from our roommate and went to the office of NACA in Atlanta. When we went there, there were so many people participating in NACA's housing program. We were very surprised with the quantity of the people. As any other people, we waited for our turn to take our first orientation with the NACA's officers. We joined the orientation and found some useful information. They gave us our NACA ID number and we found our counselor, Gladene Washington. She assisted us with all the questions we had and clarified anything that we were confused about. We are still communicating with her to finish up our process. She has been very helpful and we are very satisfied! We hope NACA will support our journey of finding our sweet home with a great help of Gladene Washington.

I started the process of applying for NACA one month ago and I am pleasantly surprised with the level of support that I am receiving. I am going to be a first time homebuyer therefore the process is entirely new to me. I have had meeting with my counselor and he took the time to explain the process to me along with going over follow up questions that I had. I called one other time and he got back to me right away and cleared up something's that I was confused about.
Grateful that I heard about this program and I'm excited to start this journey with NACA.

So far, my counselor has been extraordinarily in assisting me with all the necessary things/items that are needed in order to proceed my goal of being a homeowner. She makes herself available and encourages me to reach out to her when and if I have questions. She directs me where go to locate the information that's needed to complete this journey.

We are first buyers, and a friend recommended Naca to us and we decided to try even without knowing how and with fear because our first language is Spanish and we didn't know if we would find someone with the patience to explain each step, but thanks to God Naca has service in Spanish and they assigned us To someone in Spanish, we are very grateful to Mr. Antonio Coronado because he has advised us very well and has been patient with us in mistakes that we have made due to not knowing, but with him we are already learning how to do everything in order, especially regarding the budget.

This is A Great Home Buying Program. I was So Worried About What Could Prevent Me From Getting A Home with Affordable Rates... If you Follow This Program you will be a Home Owner!

I attended a NACA workshop and was pleased tremendously by the professional manner in which the counselors provided assistance. Although it is a tedious process, the counselors provide excellent assistance throughout the process. The bottom line is that NACA is a great program and I recommend it completely.

My process with the company has been great. Working with my mortgage counselor has been an awesome experience. I attend the purchasing workshop to start the process of going out with an agent to look at homes. I was well informed and help ease my stress. I would recommend naca to anyone who is looking to purchasing a home.

IT TOOK ME A FEW YEARS TO FINALLY GO THRU NACA, DUE TO LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES. I HAVE A WONDERFUL KNOWLEDGABLE PATIENT COUNSLOR ANTONIO, WHO EXPLAINS EVERYTHING TO ME IN DETAIL AND MAKE SURE I UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS. THE PROCESS CAN BE OVERWHELMING BUT IT IS ALL WORTH IT. I was referred to NACA by my son who bought his first home with them. I signed up with NACA and was assigned to Mr. Coronado who is helping to get me qualified. I admit it did take long only because there were several steps I needed to complete and I owed my 2021 taxes, so that put a halt in my steps until I got that paid. There are several steps you have to follow but if you don't have issues like it did then you will be qualified quickly. I checked with several realtors outside of NACA and they all gave good reviews and said they are a good company and very thorough. Even though it took me awhile I would still go with NACA if I had to start all over again. Thanks Mary

I wish we knew about Naca a lot sooner. Better late than never. Who knows this could be our chance to truly become home owners.

It's a great process but there are a few things you have to be willing to work on! Spending habits and saving is a big one! Really the process depends on you as a person! Saving is hard sometimes and it has to be consistent! Also there are other things such as student loans and w2s that's annoying to keep updating but as long as you stay up to date and save your shock savings and show you are saving a consistent amount each month you shouldn't have any problem getting approved! The greatest pro is they accept overtime and low interest rate, you don't have to put down an downpayment or even closing cost and they work with you!

I'm really happy with the Naca program, I'm in a process of qualification right now. I been working with the best counselors Antonio Coronado and Cristin Owens, there always there to help me with everything I need, especially if I have questions about my file, uploading documents, always answering my calls or email me if they need anything from me. I really recommend Antonio Coronado and Cristin Owens that's why I am giving them the five stars.

I have had a great experience with Naca especially with my counselor Antonio Coronado. He has being very patience and professional with my process. I really appreciate all he does so that I can be on top of every paper that I need to summit through the Naca portal. He has explained everything very well and now I am about to finish the pre qualification process.
