NACA has an excellent program for purchasing affordable home. The program affords homeowners to purchase a home with no down payment, below market interest rate with no PMI or excessive loan origination fees. I am in the qualifying process of of a NACA mortgage and I've had the support of NACA counselor guiding me through the process to make sure proper documentations are submitted. It is a long process but worth the time!

NACA is the only corporation I've seen that truly wants to help new homebuyers qualify and get into their dream homes. All of the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They take the time to help you through the process. I highly recommend that new homebuyers take advantage of this program. A-1 in my book.

My NACA Intake Session went well, as my counselor was knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She reviewed our entire application, which took close to two hours. My husband and I are both educators and first-time home buyers, and we were encouraged when she said we have a strong application. She also shared with us our "Next Steps" to move closer to getting approved for a NACA mortgage. We are looking forward to that day and hope by the end of the summer we get the keys to our new home!

I worked with Antonio during the NACA process. He was extremely helpful and explained the NACA process in even more detail. The process has been very streamlined. I appreciate having an opportunity to participate in the NACA program.

I have been dealing with Nacca since 2022. They ask for you to keep updating bank statements and Pay stubs. Every time I feel like I get a step closer something happens and I take a step back. So far its been never ending paper work and pointless meetings to talk about the same thing over and over again. Now that I am trying to make this process work for me I haven't been able to get a meeting. They said it might be an 8 week wait. So before to talk about crap you could get a meeting no problem. Now that I have EVERYTHING you asked for I have to wait two months for a meeting. I'm still trying to hold on to hold to hope. All these reviews are from new people who just got done with the class. I will keep updating on my end. So far haven't read a single review from someone who got a house. So many people start this program. But dose anyone actually buys the house?

I highly recommend Naca program to purchase your first home. There are a lot of benefits, and people are very helpful and kind, giving you all the support during the preparation process.

Naca has helped me come one step closer to having a home that I can have my dogs and my grand daughter run in a large back yard I feel I have a new sense of purpose and NACA has inspired me to realize my dreams of a house not just for me but for my family. If you want a home that's your for your family then join NACA follow the process.

It has been a great experience thus far from the initial workshop. Very informational, gathering all the information needed to better arm myself with knowledge to be a more smarter house buyer. Preparing all the documents needed for some, can be tedious but if you really want it there will be no excuses. Stop making excuses and join NACA join an organization that wants you to truly have the house of your dreams.

My husband and I are choosing to work with NACA because there is no money down and a company that looks at whether or not you've been able to pay your bills and handle business rather than a number generated by some computer somewhere. While there are a lot of steps, I like that NACA is looking at this from a person perspective and not just at a credit report.

There is no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, can it get any better? Make sure you provide the documents needed to expedite the process.

NACA helped me get the home I wanted. They guide you through the process. All you have to do is listen to what they tell you to do.

So far the process has been great. I have to say I was given the tools and accessibility to make myself eligible for a home with NACA. My counselor is also pretty amazing. She was very informative. I havent bought a house yet cause I am just getting started but I plan to update this as soon as I get approved or continue to see what the process is.

The key is to be patient and listen to your counselor and do everything that is asks of you. The reward will be a fantastic mortgage loan.

I just attended a NACA workshop in Jacksonville Florida. All I can say is WOW! So glad I drove 5 hours for the Workshop. Cecil, Vernicia, and Steve were all very informative and were clear and concise with the NACA program.

I have been in the counseling stage a year and a half. The requirements with paperwork are strict. I am still hopeful that I can move to the next stage soon.
