The experience was intrested but not the pefrect as I expected service is fast and the all process go in direct manner but big problem that shocked me the pricse is very expensive and I don not see how they prepare my shipment every thing is by money plus the quality of picture is very bad
So i ordered 5 items from nyx cosmetics... most of the products are below 1.0 oz
I have standard membership with myus.com and i thought it would be convenient for me to apply to this company so i thought wrong. Nyx does not do international shipping and they suggested to use myus.com to be able to get the items delivered. I calculated everything up and i expected the pricing of the shipment to be lower then what i bought the products for but. ITS TWICE AS MUCH! If you are reading this, do not contemplate on using this company. They charge you way too much for something that weighs less then a feather.

The worst customer service ever. They will always charge you double the amount. They would always overpackge your stuff, to double charge you for extra dimensional weight. I have a very bad experience with them since I started their service. And I'm switching to a different company.

Expensive service.
My first time using MyUS.com and turned out to be a Costly mistake to Nigeria. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes from DSW, sent to my suite at MyUS. Firstly, was very surprised at the shipping fee. Was charged $100+ fee for the shipping from US to NG.
Few days later, got a bigger surprise from the carrier. I was asked to pay an additional $100 as clearing charges. What? Meaning paying over $200 to ship 3 pairs of shoes from the US to Nigeria. Using MyUS.com to ship turned out to be an expensive mistake as there are cheaper and just as effective options.
Wish I had known from the onset what the shipping (and then clearing) cost would be. Would have cancelled the order when I saw the first $100+ charge but was too late to cancel as the order had already shipped.
Advise to anyone planning to use this service to Nigeria: do your homework first or else you could end up paying double the cost of what you purchased.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
