I generally have great experiences with the reps at myus.com but Angel has to be one of the best that I have dealt with. I am really hoping that with her help my issue is able to be resolved. But even if it is not I just appreciate her willing to try.
I hope that her managers/team leads can see that they have an employee here that should be appreciated and praised for the quality of service that they provide.

This past week I had an unusually late salary payment from my employer and so my usual monthly shipment had to be delayed by several days. My MyUS customer service representatives Angel and May helped me by extending a shipping discount and issuing a waiver for storage fees that started to accrue. They were friendly and professional. I'm so grateful for their understanding and assistance.
I requested to renew my account in addition to have the benefit of ADSLGate membership. Jessica helped me with that, and explained why I didn't have the VISA discount with some of my past orders.
Angel assisted me very promptly and efficiently. The service at MyUS is excellent.

I had so many questions to ask before and after my registration. I first spoke to May, Teresa, Kelly, and Jassica (I hope I did not forget anyone). They all were so helpful and friendly. Even though I might be bit hard to handle as a customer with no knowledge at all regarding couriers and shipping. Etc but these people were very nice and answered all my questions completely. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
