They put my account on hold WITHOUT giving me any reason, no reply of my emails, just asking to wait... already 12days since they put account on hold, my business is suffering, my clients are shouting, did not expected this kind of experience from US based company. Not forwarding the goods and neither sending it back to suppliers

Crap

It would have been cheaper to ship my package directly to NZ for $60 from merchant than shipping it to suite 481-402 and paying $90

Although previous package of 5 items vs 1 was $140 NZD and heavier...

Go figure

I would have complained on live chat but it is consistently "off line"

Currently I have problem with my visa is expired. Lucky I have a friend that makes me using his suite number to transfer the package. Before that I was lost without any solutions but Angel your worker helps me in less than 48 hours I get package transferes into my friend suite. I very glad and thanks for such professionalism

Shipping costs

I was charged 81 dollars US for two cans of coffee. Outrageous shipping rates.
I have since cancelled my account with MyUsa.com.

My first Oder was two shirts and two pants for 23 dollars US. I find this reasonable, but the coffee... robbery!
