I find Jessica extremely helpful and very quick to help me with any issue, she is a great advert for MyUS.
I have put wrongly the price of my items. There are 3 items, but 1 invoice which come to MyUs as 3 packages, and my mistake did not read the description properly. So I make live chat with Teresa, and she is very helpful, and understand what the problem is, and fix it within 1 minute.
Then, I could send all my items straight away. All MyUS team has to be like her.
I subscribed to myus in a rush and come up minutes after with what i thought was a better offer. I immediatly contacted the customer services by chat and was served by teresa.
I must admit i was a bit rude when she announced me that even if i subscribed 10 minutes ago my 20$ setup fee was not refundable. She offered to refund the monthly fee of 7%, minus 5% bank charges.
I was pissed to say the list. She then offered me very camly, a solution that make me get a free 2 years premium setup and membership.
I was thrilled. It all end up good and i am about to referred my daughter.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
