I have put wrongly the price of my items. There are 3 items, but 1 invoice which come to MyUs as 3 packages, and my mistake did not read the description properly. So I make live chat with Teresa, and she is very helpful, and understand what the problem is, and fix it within 1 minute.

Then, I could send all my items straight away. All MyUS team has to be like her.

I subscribed to myus in a rush and come up minutes after with what i thought was a better offer. I immediatly contacted the customer services by chat and was served by teresa.

I must admit i was a bit rude when she announced me that even if i subscribed 10 minutes ago my 20$ setup fee was not refundable. She offered to refund the monthly fee of 7%, minus 5% bank charges.

I was pissed to say the list. She then offered me very camly, a solution that make me get a free 2 years premium setup and membership.

I was thrilled. It all end up good and i am about to referred my daughter.
Thank you again to teresa and again sorry from showing my frustration.

I found there's a lot of magazines sent to me. But, I never ordered these magazines. It became more and more magazines in my mail box. I don't know how to deal with it!
