I am using the myus.com package forwarding services since from Nov 2008, they are cheapest among all. I recommended myus.com to ship packages from US because their customer services team is very helpful and answer the question very quickly.

I use the Personal Shopper service and instead of just returning to the supplier the product that had an issue with export that would been a huge expense for this and each future shipment to fix the problem, the staff suggested and arranged another solution that meant it could be shipped to me now and in the future without any of that expense.
I was exhausted and frustrated regarding my recent Order with MyUS but their representative, Jon saved the day. A true professional he got what I needed accomplished. I did not close my account as I previously decided and upgraded it, all thanks to Jon.

When you can actually get through to a live chat operator- you may as well be talking to a computer. I find the level of helpfulness and insight close to zero. Any question out of the ordinary - is just not answered and to top it all if you want to offer constructive suggestions to senior management -they are NOT allowed to give you an email address. That says it all.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
