I signed up for a MyUS.com account during a promotion period and able to get a free premium membership with 50% off shipment charge for my 1st shipment. I am really impressed with the speed of delivery, the ability to choose to ship my items with the lowest freight charge. MyUS.com even provide free re-packing service with adequate protection for my items. However, there was a little flaw. When the parcel reached me, one sides of the carton split open. Despite the small issue, I will definitely use MyUS.com again.

The most thing I like about MyUs is how simple it is, I didn't need any instructions to start using it (although I did have a few issues with creating a new account, but that went fine).
Also, it provides you with many shipping options, and has many offers for new users, they also write the most important notes for you as a warning so you don't miss them (like warnings about issues with some shipping options).
Another thing I want to point out, I've contacted the staff many times, asking about various things, and always got the help I needed.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
