I wrongly abandoned my package then use the online chat service. Teresa give me prompt help and help to cover the package in 1 working day. I was surprised that I can get such prompt service from thousand miles away at the other side of the earth.

I deal with MyUS.com for almost a year
The problem is the flixabilty of the customer service and their reply
First: I send them one of the items in the box is not there. They keep requesting many Qs. Is the box torn? Take a picture of it? File this form? Give me more information?. There is something they should - logically - to know, how I can know if one or two of the items missing while the box is closed? I should to open it! Beside of that they asked me about rapping and tapping is it good or not? What's the h***? How I suppose to know?. One of my items not in the box, not to investigate rapping or anything else.
Second: I requested to do some changes on the shipment, that was on Friday. I made it as regular shipment not urgent, then I requested to make be shipped urgently. Imagine! They said they can't! The shipment will stay in their store until Monday morning, and still they can't make any changes, I will pay them more. They still can't make! What is this? Why they are so rigid. The customer change his mind to ship his goods urgently with more payment and the shipment still in there store for more two days and they can't! Who can?
Third: to contact them by email, wait for two days for a reply! Really MyUS! Even its urgent issue need to be fixed in the next 6 hrs.
Forth: if you request an urgent shipping - in their web page, means more fees and to be shipped in the next few hrs - they actually mean to go out of there store urgently but the carrier will keep it in the weekend until Monday! That exactly what they replied my in the email
Finally, I don't find them totally honest with there policy and so slow to reply and have very rigid unflixable system make them the worse service in this field
I don't recommend them..
I'll be keeping my subscription with MyUS.com and would recommend them to all my friends. Great work team!
I got charged 45$ on my paypal and they didn't told me anywhere that it would cost me so much money! I orded 20$ of makeup and now it cost me 65$+ for 20$ worth that's really not cool. I'm never using this service again.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
