This was the first time I had my order shipped to MYUS.COM so It was a bit confusing to me... once I finally got through on Chat my experience was good. Yesterday I had some questions and spoke with Devin and he was very friendly and helpful... Today I had more questions and I spoke to Macy. I was having a lot of trouble attaching a receipt for some reason but I was finally able to do it... However, I accidently disconnected with Macy and hadn't finished asking my conversation so I called back and spoke to Devin. He helped me ship my order.
I have been in MyUS.com for a long time and they do give me excellent service in handling my packages from US. They also inform me immediately if there are issues with my packages. I love their service. Keep up the good work! Excellent Service!

My credit card had expired and I wanted to transition to free membership to avoid the pending $60 fee. The agent was able to help me in a fast and courious manner. I will be sure to upgrade to a premium account again at a later date when it makes sense for me to do so.
This is proving to be more complicated and more trouble than it's worth. There is no way to send a direct e-mail, only a blank form with insufficient subject listings. Replies take at least a full day. The intake staff seems incapable of identifying catalogues and/or other items that are not part of the order, and there is no way to indicate on the form that the item is worth $0.00. It's ridiculous. Then when you are asked to send an invoice, it is impossible to send an e-mailed invoice because the form will not accept a Word attachment. Ridiculous. I do not intend to renew my subscription to this service.
This was my first time experience to use MY US and it was just amazing and I am totally delighted with the offering. Customer care is top notch and always happy to assist and the best part they know the job well and advise good things to the customers.
They addresses your problem like if you have failed to tyoe the correct suite number, they will waive the correction fees once you have informed them. I have ordered products from Amazon and my fault is wmin writing the correct suite number. They emailed me the info and they will collect correction fees. After that, I immediately emailed them that all my products ordered to Amazon are in wrong suite and they said that they will just waived the correction fees once the packages arrived.
Everything is fantastic with service and fee. I paid for very affordable price and their service is beyond my expectation with free repack on my packages! Super! I love myus.com

I had the chance to chat with one of Myus agents (Teresa), she was professional, very kind and helpful, resolved my case while chatting with her. While I was waiting since last week without any respond.
I wrote MyUS an email asking for clarification on my membership charges and they not only resolved my questions (fast too!) but waived my charges without my asking for any waiver. Shocked me pleasantly

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
