EVERYBODY MUST ASK FOR DDP WRITTEN ON THE INVOICE!
Ask for the international code DDP Custom duty are lower, but MyUS don't want help!
Now it's really bad!

Goods $70 Custom €30 + shipping costs!

I am happy with the experience I had due to the shipment request I made.
After a certain time I had an issue with the information included in the shipment.

The way I was help to find a solution by the Customer Representative (Jessica) it was amazing.

She shows a total understating of the matter and it did not take to much time.

It gave me more motivation to keep using myus services.

Have been using myus.com since Jan 2010, and they have consistently and reliabily handled all my packages from the US. Nothing ever damaged or missing. Even used their purchasing service to buy goods for me from a US vendor, when they would not accept an overseas credit card. I recommended them to both friends and family. Keep up the good work!

Great way to solve a problem

I am very impressed with the way a recent problem I had was solved by Devin. My mail was not shipped along with my packages and when I sent an email to Myus notifying them of this I got a rapid and courteous apology & response notifying me that my mail would be shipped free. Well resolved. Great job Devin!

I'm from saudi and transacting with them is such a breeze. They consolidate items well. I would love it if they would make the packaging less bulky (less bubble wraps) especially when there are no breakable items in the shipment.
