I am happy with the experience I had due to the shipment request I made.
After a certain time I had an issue with the information included in the shipment.
The way I was help to find a solution by the Customer Representative (Jessica) it was amazing.
She shows a total understating of the matter and it did not take to much time.
It gave me more motivation to keep using myus services.
I had a terrific experience dealing with the staff at myus.com. Many thanks to Marnie who helped me locate my parcel and took time to guide me on how to set up an account on the website and have my parcel shipped to my country.

I am very impressed with the way a recent problem I had was solved by Devin. My mail was not shipped along with my packages and when I sent an email to Myus notifying them of this I got a rapid and courteous apology & response notifying me that my mail would be shipped free. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
