Myus.com has been charging me a recurring monthly fee, even though I have not used their service. I used their service for many years. After the financial crisis in our country, I decided to cancel my account and so they did. My last order was in December 2017. In 2019, I wanted to import a product and have called them asking what was necessary to reopen my account because I have tried several times and it has not worked. Then they said they could open it themselves but that a fee was needed for this to happen, I soon lost interest and did nothing more with their service. I quicked. Suprisingly, after a while, I saw that they were charging me a fee, I sent several emails asking them to stop charging me for not having used their service and they don't want to stop. Is that fair? I need a help.

Expensive consolidation fees
If I shipped one or twice shipment per year, why I pay $7 per month for all the year?
I think it will be very fair that you give us 30 days for free storage and consolidation in the amount of $ 5 per box (charge) as stackry.com do.

Thank you for your review Raad. The $7 monthly fee you have mentioned is the cost to maintain a Premium Account with us in our system. This fee will be charged each month whether you are shipping or not, however if you will not be shipping as often for a time period you are welcome to switch to a Single Package Membership if you did not want to pay these fees each month. If you are wanting to consolidate then our Premium Membership if the best option for you and the most weight that you send in a single shipment, the lower the cost per pound will be.
I was suspicious of all of these types of service before using this one as they all seemed to have such mixed reviews. I writing to say that in my experience this service worked like a dream. Slightly cheaper than estimated and 4 days quicker, zero hastrle, it just worked. Very pleased.

I have used it and The us customer service is so kind and good to solve payment matters. However, I would like to know the final price for my payment preparation.

We can provide you with shipping estimates ahead of time that are normally very close to the actual price that you will pay unless your final shipment is over the MyUS TruePrice limits in which your oversized shipment may then be billed differently. For any large shipments that you may want to send, we would be happy to provide you the best estimate possible if you contact us via email with the package details. Any extra fees such as import duties and taxes will be a separate charge due to the carrier you choose on or before delivery and these fees are unfortunately not able to be estimated ahead of time as they are not known until your local custom's office reviews your goods. Signing up for MyUS was easy, and managing my shipments was a breeze. Everything arrived in good time, at a reasonable shipping rate, well-packed and undamaged. The 4 things I ordered had free US shipping from the US Retailer site, and were about 60% cheaper prices than from the Canadian retailer site (i think you know the one i mean), so even with shipping from Florida, and a small Canadian Customs duties/taxes fee, it was still about 40% cheaper overall. Good deal!

I have been a member with them for 3 years and also upgraded my membership thinking will get better service!
First of all You can not contact them by email support is almost gone to zero! And their chat always either busy or closed!
They lost one Item when I requested shipping and when they found it they charged me again! And when I try to contact them either no response or no email.
I Think this company just can not handle any more workload and I will find an alternative soon as many others are offering similar services now! Just stay away from it. Too much issues

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
