I purchased 2 turtles for my daughter, And on died less than a month after having her. We could tell she was sick cause her shell was discolored & she slept all the time. I feel really bad that we couldn't save her, please beware of this company I'm not sure as too why they deliver sick turtles!
I ordered 6 red sliders from them i received 2 cumberland sliders instead will not answer the emails or their phone i'm out $100 bucks and they could care less worst people i've ever deal with definitely would not reccommend them!
I purchased a few turtles and all, but one died within 1-2 weeks. Turtles came stuffed in airtight plastic containers and smothered in some kind of material so turtles couldn't even move. They did respond to my emails and provided store credit though so that is good.
I don't think they should sell turtles. This leads the turtles toward extinction. Turtles is very important in the sea for transporting nutrients. Even they're cute, we're not supposed to buy turtles because they're supposed to live freely
I ordered 3 turtles from the site. Later after my order I found the not so good reviews of the company. I expected the worst. But everything went fine. I could track the shipping and they arrived well and are happy turtles now. I would have given 5 stars but the way the turtles are packed and shipped just rubbed me the wrong way. It doesn't look very animal friendly to me... but that's me.
I wish I had read these reviews first. You can not get anybody to respond or answer. I agree the BBB needs to step up and check into this company. They say call if you need help, no response no way to leave a message.
Don't buy i paid 63 dollars to this company on July 30 2021 and never to receive a turtle. My son birthday was August 2 it was going to be a birthday gift he never received and now they email me this. I just want my money back I will got to petsmart to get a turtle I want my money back
I purchased a Red Ear Slider and it came in dead! I tried numerous times to contact the store, but they were just rude and cold and wouldn't refund me the purchase. I asked for store credit but nothing was done. I emailed the owner but no response. Stay away from this store, they could careless about their customers and just take your money.
Half of the turtles I ordered from this place died less than 24 hours. They don't tell you about the few day health policy... and that you have to ship the dead turtles back in order to get any sort of refund. So needless to say, after I buried them with my 5 and 9 year old children, we were out of luck. The customer service lady, CRYSTAL, literally told me I was sh*t out of luck! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Buyers beware
I ordered a river cooter almost a month ago and my order has been marked awaiting shipping for too long. I would like to cancel my order but their is no option. I've been trying to contact them and they have not been answering. Wish i could give zero stars. I would like a refund thank you very much.
They said that they dont ship out large female red ear sliders because they use it to reproduce. So because i needed a male i bought from them and when i received the package it was a female. But i already have a female. Before purchase i even put that i want a male but they dont care about doing good business and they talk really rude
I ordered 4 hatchlings, 3 days later they tell me I needed heat packs, mind you it was in the 60s all week. There phone number is odd, it asks for your phone number then asks for your pin. Im like wtf. So I played email tag for a week this dB named Robert. To no avail they haven't refunded my money. Beware this is a scam
I ordered a turtle. Selected one of them provided shipping options, they emailed me
Next day and said I needed to upgrade my shipping foe the order to ship. I did not want to pay the extra (shipping was more than the actual turtle). So I canceled. They charged me an $8 cancelation fee! Literally a scam! Why would they offer you shipping option they were not suitable for your order! I'll tell you why. Because they want to take your money and not send you anything… low life's.
I ordered they reached out to me and said if I wanted to expedite my order I needed to pay more, so I did and never heard from them again and never got my order. I emailed over and over never got a response back. It's been like five or six months!
I ordered juvnile turtles from them before and had good luck. Those two are very healthy. Two juvenile mud but they were mismarked! They are actually musk turtles! I dont mind that part! I ordered a baby musk turtle and she was sick the whole week she was alive! She is now dead by the way...I wont order again
I ordered three turtles and within ten days all three of them were dead. I called the company and they told me that it had to be seven days for a refund. It seems weird that they die at 10 days. You guys are horrible.

This company sent us a dead turtle. They are not responding to our emails and the phone number is fake. Horrible. My son was devastated. Do not trust this place and do not buy anything. They shouldn't be able to do this to animals.
This company only cares about money. You have to pay extra for your reptile to be shipped with a hydration pack AND FOR A HEAT PACK.
How little do you have to care about the animal to charge $3 to potentially save its life?
Don't order from these guys, there are plenty of passionate breeders out there.
I helped my son order two turtles from this place. The first was DOA. Received a credit for it and reordered. Three days later, the second died. Cancelled the order because we didn't want more of the same heartache of -dead turtles. To this day - a full TWO MONTHS, six phone calls, 4 emails later - NO REFUND. Every time I talk with someone, they look into it, say they see the issue and are going to put it through for a refund. Every time NOTHING HAPPENS. Beyond ridiculous both with the health of the animals and the lack of refund and response. We have ZERO turtles and are out more than $100. How is it possible this place operates like this?
I bought a baby turtle from this site super excited to have a new baby. Well the 1st arrived dead. 2nd died the day after I received it. 3rd died the day after I received it. I am beyond pissed. Had to demand an actual refund and am now blocked from even using the site (not like I wanted to use it anyways) absolutely ridiculous and horrible to their animals obviously.
