Y me enteré de la cancelación el día antes al hacer el check in no por que Mytrip comunicara nada y encima decís que he sido yo quien ha cancelado, por favor escuchad las grabaciones y demostrármelo, lo que pasa es que sois unos sin vergüenzas y unos cara duras además de estafadores

We booked flights with 20 kilos per flight. When we arrived at the airport our luggage was not included in the tickets. We had to pay a lot for the luggage we already payed for!

I submitted my cancelation last week due to the pandemic issue, but my travel agency just ask me to contact the airline directly today, which is one day ahead of my scheduled departure day.

As a customer, I am really disappointed if this is how they deal with the customer service. I am not blaming the agent I spoke to, I believe there must be something wrong with this company and its policies. That is the most ridiculous deal I have ever had in my life.
The cancellation charges for the website is 55£ this in addition to the cancellation charged by the airline.
I get the air line cancellation charges which are much less than what the website is taking from.
My booking fee was 103£ and kid you not the cancellation total is 120£.

Purchased a Flexible Ticket so that we could rebook if needed. When we had to rebook, the only way was to call them and they keep you on hold for hours, only communicating via an automated voice. They never pick up. Total scam, avoid and use anyone else.

I have used this company in the past, but will avoid it now. I need to change my flight and spent hours attempting to reach this company. I've even called their Greek numbers (the company is actually located in Greece), and to no avail of course. Extremely poor service. Avoid by all means.
The flight I booked via MyTrip was cancelled. The airline gave a refund to MyTrip and they never gave my money back. I guess that's what they do now - the scale gives them an opportunity to use the EU regulations at the expense of customers. If anyone hears anything about a class-action suit, I'd be happy to join.

I booked a trip to London via Mytrip as a first time customer. I saw their prices through Skyscanner so use Skyscanner at your own discretion.
The flight handler was Ryanair and I was immediately notified after booking by Ryanair that the agency is not affiliated with them and to certify my booking.
Certification was not possible as Ryanair does not have the booking ref provided to me. Fake and shady bastards. When I tried to ask for a refund, here was their reply.

We have received your request for a refund.
As checked we found that your ticket price is 32.63 GBP. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you a refund, our handling fee per person is 55 GBP, which is more than the ticket price.
As a travel agency we charge our handling fee to assist you to get the refund from airlines.
Hence refund is not possible.

Zero stars. Not worth it. I severely regret using them they are a fraud. They've been nothing but trouble. I had flight cancellations/rescheduling about 2months ago, was promt to call to sort it out I've been back and forthe talking to them, virgin and quantas to sort this out and I leave in 2 weeks and it's STILL not sorted because they're either not getting the emails from the flight company or they can't see the alternative flights, but I've called told airlines and they've confirmed they are in fact available! And then suddenly are there but I need ti pay an extra $55 to get their mess sorted even tho IM THE ONE WHO'S DONE ALL THE WORK in finding out what alternatives are available and being on hold for 3 and a half hours each time I've called quantas. WHAT AM I PAYING YOU FOR? Nothing! Just to be a pain and rip me off. Never again! I'm so over this and just want it to end!
I booked my travel through MyTrip.com. My return flight was cancelled by Spirit Airline. In order to compensate me they issued a refund, but the money went directly to MyTrip because they used their credit card to pay for my airline tickets after I paid them in full. Anyway, MyTrip.com refused to give me a refund that they already received from Spirit Airline. They pocketed my hard earned cash and this make them nothing more than common THIEVES. I have bought a ticket via Mytrip for a flight by Yanair. 2 days later (several days before a flight) I received a message that the flight has been cancelled.
It was almost 1,5 months ago.
I wanted to go to court, but Mytrip promised to solve the situation as soon as possible and said they have applied for refund to Yanair.
Today I got email that the flight has been cancelled due to the COVID-19. Due to the COVID-19? Really?
There were no additional restrictions to fly from Ukraine to Georgia! The period when the company sold the ticket was the same week when the flight should take place! Nothing has changed during this week!
There were no force majeure curcimates! Yanair canceled the flight upon their wish to take people's money!
And Mytrip assists with this scam.
In this email also has been stated that they WILL APPLY FOR THE REFUND (they said they did it more than a month ago).
And that they will refund me if the aircompany will refund them.

Impossible to cancel flight because of pandemic, terrible service and relation to the customers (former customers of course)
200% of scammers. They booked my flight for 4 adults, charged $ 600 for seat reservations and never booked them with airlines. When I asked for a refund for my seat reservations, they canceled my reservation 24 hours before departure. It cost me $ 3,500 to buy new tickets, and I lost almost $ 2,000 extra due to the canceled flight by MyTrip.com. Total $ 5500.
I'm not talking about the shock and distress to find out that your trip is canceled the moment I try to check in. Spent the night at the emergency room before the 12-hour flight!

After the airline cancelled one of the flights within the ticket less than 1 week before departure, MyTrip failed to find a replacement (on which they informed me 2 weeks before flight), and cancelled the ticket. Now, more than 2 months later, I still have not received my refund, nor can MyTrip guarantee the time or AMOUNT (!) of the refund. The ticket value is substantial. Due to MyTrip's failure, I was forced to purchase a ticket 50% more expensive from another provider. MyTrip fails to take responsibility for its customers. They keep informing me that they cannot do anything until they receive refund from the airline. From my perspective, this is their internal process, which is none of my concern, as I purchased the ticket from MyTrip, not the airline.
