This site and its agents are frauds. I booked a flight to Jamaica and the airline, canceled due to covid, a refund was processed immediately by the airline, but sent the money to Mytrip.com. I tried sending emails and calling them without getting any response. The refund has been processed by the airline since August 28th by the airline, and its yet to get to my account. I was able to finally speak to one of the agents today November 17th. Only for the agent to tell me to process my refund I will have to another pay another $30 processing fee to get my money back. After I paid $30 agent fee for the buying the Ticket. When I told her it makes no sense, she hung up the phone on me. I called back and the next agent was same way. THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUD... AND AIRLINES SHOULD STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THIER NAME.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
We had a terrible experience with this company. Our flight was changed and we received no notice of this, as mytrip gave the airline a totally made up email address for us. Their customer service is shocking. Each person we spoke to told us a totally different story, and we were passed department to department while getting nowhere. We ended up communicating directly with airline to cancel flight and arrange refund, however they had to refund money to mytrip, and we were to chase it up from them.
At this point, mytrip claimed they had not received money from the airline- despite our emails with proof from airline that funds had been deposited. We spoke with managers on the phone who insisted they could give no timescale for when our money would be returned. Multiple staff members hung up on our calls as they simply had no ways left to justify the daylight robbery they were committing.
We have eventually got our refund, but only after raising a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Funnily enough then the money was returned immediately!
Honestly, the grief this company have put us through has been a real lesson to book directly with airlines. If you are reading this review, please do yourself a favour and NEVER BOOK WITH MY TRIP!
Booked tickets - one had the wrong name. Mytrip delayed answering me for so long i had to replace it despite it being alterable according to the airline. DO NOT USE MYTRIP.

TAP has payed the refund to Mytrip but Mytrip does not pay me. They keep the money them selves. Mytrip is hard to reach and full of excuses.

Hello everyone, make sure you DO NOT MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH MYTRIP.COM. Dey will sell you absolutely fake air ticket, then next day you will recieve email stating that you already made changes with the airline and they are sorry for any inconvenience BUT neither Air line or YOU know nothing about it. They never send you on paper confirmation about cancelation, so you didn't have a proof for disputes dept. of your bank only they. Will tell you on the phone that airline cancelled you 15 hours after buying air ticket then later they offer you reimbersment with service charge 50-100 dol. But since they are crooks you could wait for this money for ever. Instead I contacted Sunwing airline fraud dept. and they send me proof of not having any booking from MyTrip and this week I, am getting all the money back ALWAYS check reviews or book directly with the airline ok.
They charge fees for flight changes that cost more than new tickets. So even if you buy a flexible ticket you wont be able to change it.
This is the worst place to book. They cancel your flights, dont send all the info you need to go on the plane and is a WASTE of money. I am warning you now youll be giving yourself trouble if you book from them. They cancel your fligts and then rebook them and continue till you basically give them all your money. Last warning, DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM.

Skyscanner should ban this agency from the search. Even when you contact them via phone the simply lie.
They always say the cannot do anything and are not responsible for anything. Even the slighest of service request like amending a name in the passenger info will be dragged on and on intentionally so you will miss the deadline. They never communicate with your airline. They never request anything. Total scam. I have an ongoing lawsuit in Poland against them ready to be filled.
I am really hoping that unlike me, you got here before giving these people any money. The booking is a complete mess. Is has duplicated flight references that don't exist, information missing, flights that change and get cancelled without notice by anyone.
The customer support is somewhere in India and takes one hour or more to get someone to actually answer. Whoever answers is more interested in getting off the call as fast as possible and fight you or deflect than anything else.
Shame on me for trusting Skyscanner's recommendations, shame on Skyscanner for not verifying who they are recommended. Shame on Mytrip for being completely incompetent at best, and most likely just malicious.

I purchased a flexible ticket and when I tried to change it, I talked to 10 different representatives. Some of them were giggling on something and hanged up on me, others just simply hanged up, they put me on hold for 30 minutes at a time and then hanged up. They are not even aware of their own policy, they tried to get me to purchase another ticket on top of the 780$ I paid for the previous one. One of the customer service rep put me on hold on purpose when she realized she already talked to me for 1 hour. One of them I heard constantly messaging someone on whatsapp and put me on hold after a while for 40 min.
Some of them said I have technical issues and talk to the airline, because they cant make any changes - while the airline clearly stated since I bought through a third party I cant change it with them only with the travel angency. After 6 hours and 10 reps I gave up...
Overall even though I purchased the ticket flexible, they refused to change it for me, and I had to fly when I just got out of the hospital all bruised up otherwise I would have lost the ticket.
I advise anyone to stay as far as possible from them

It was £10 cheaper to book through MyTrip. The airline cancelled the flight & as the booking agent MyTrip have to administer any changes arising. They were good at answering the phone - in India - but then read from a script of fob-offs & hung up on me three times when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
The party-line line was that they had emailed the airline & were waiting for confirmation of a new flight so just wait 24-48 hours... for 2 weeks!
In the end I rang the airline direct & begged them to help, despite their contractual obligation to MyTrip & they confirmed that MyTrip have the necessary systems access to administer changes themselves & that they had never received any emails from MyTrip.
MyTrip never did get back to me before my travel dates so if I hadn't spent 9 hours on with the airline I'd have lost everything.
Beware - All MyTrip wanted to do was refund my ticket. This is because they charge you an admin fee to do so & get back your costs for flights that were cancelled by the airline.
They are a company registered in Greece & seemingly operated out of India... just reflect on that combination for a second!
And when they get a bad review they try to discredit it because the review didn't include a booking reference!
This lot may be OK as a booking intermediary when things go absolutely perfectly but in the current climate that isn't happening as often as it used to & the pitiful service you'll get won't be offset by the tiny savings. Just book direct with the airline in the first place & you get all the coverage you could need.
I booked a flight in March 2020 which did not fly due to COVID. MyTrip.com were evasive and then finally said they would refund in 12 months. After 12 months I asked, got the run around and then eventually told they had the money back from the airline but would not be refunding until they could. I started a legal case in the Eu and finally this week, November 21 got some money back but baggage was not refundable! My legal case continues... Based in Sweden so difficult to hold accountable. Avoid this company and it's other trading names at all costs. Rip off cowboys.
I will give an zero as a review as they deserve it. I will never remove ticket on this u can pay little more than here but don't choose this one. You going to regret it. To cancel my ticket I was on hold for 2 hours still work was not done just keeping on hold n than I have to call back again. They don't know how to do their job. Need to pay the service charge £30 as the flight is cancelled from their side and to rearrange. Had already paid extra as cancellation charges still they are going to debit £56 and £190 from the cost which is not fare. As I have already paid for all this as cancellation policy.

Book my ticket first time with My Trip received my booking confirmation then get couple email late at night to say its all good then get more email booking being cancelled i have to rebook with other airlines. Avoid at all cost. Waste of time, complete Disaster. NEVER AGAIN.
As others have said, there is no means of complaining or talking to anyone. Links don't work, website doesn't work. Unable to add luggage. Completely useless. Avoid this company. Note to anyone looking for a refund - you can get a chargeback from your credit card company if mytrip doesn't respond and give a refund.
I will never ever book through mytrip again, they are really bad in terms of customer service. I'm now on hold for more than 1 call been answered twice me explaining everything and end up convert to other department.
All I need is to change my bloody ticket, which was originally cancelled my the airline and all I received from mytrip is an email which I saw it after 9 days, they even give themselves a time to call me so I can solve it strightaway.

I informed this company that I wishes to cancel my flight three days before I was due to fly. My Trip whose customer service department do not seem to answer telephones refuse to pay although I paid an additional 25 pounds for insurance. My advice would be to have nothing to do with this company ever

Booked a flight that was later canceled by the airline. My Trip has not provided any help in getting a refund. They have no customer support, only a call center that has lied to us for 3 months. They blame the airline, the airline requires all refunds to go through My Trip and has stated that My Trip has not gone through the proper steps to secure the refund. It has been a horrible experience that is on going. Fraudulent company, DO NOT BOOK A TRIP WITH My Trip!
I wish I had just booked the flight directly through the airline. Going through MyTRIP has been a nightmare. Difficult to get hold of, and when my flight was changed so I had the option to either get a refund, credit or rebook I had to go through MyTrip to arrange this (rather through straight through the airline where I would have had my refund by now). I then emailed MyTrip to arrange the refund but they said it cant be done through email, I need to call them - but the number they gave me charges you to call! Since then I have emailed back requesting the refund again yet they now just won't reply.
I will NEVER book through this company again and I strongly suggest others not to as well.
