I made a reservation for a (flexible ticket) return flight to Moldova to see my family for the 4th November (Booking LD0ODX).
The flight cost me around £70 so as a student - this was a substantial amount.
2 weeks before flying out, my grandparents both contracted covid-19 and so I was forced to not go; I contacted MYTRIP
Through their website and received an automated email back from them stating that I had to call them to reschedule the flight.
I called 4 times - each call would put in on the waitlist and then cut me out (on one call I was waiting for over an hour before the call suddenly dropped off).
Because of this, MYTRIP has ultimately taken my money (bear in mind that I spent extra to purchase a flexible ticket) and given no way whatsoever to reschedule the flight.
After this, I opened a case with my bank to try and get my money back however, without sufficient evidence, they were unable to help me.
PLEASE, AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE 0 REGARDS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

The worst company ever! Do not book through, I booked my Europe Trip with the Cancellation Guarantee, and they told me I would receive a voucher in 7 days in the mail but I didn't receive more than 12 days, I have been waiting for my refund for ages now, AVOIDDD this company. Worst customer service, you have to wait for 2-3 hours to talk with someone, I regret to chose this company.
Never book through this website they are scammers, they just sell any ticket and then at airport you are denied boarding flights and they do not help at all, customer service is so rude and suck. These people are $#*!s who are just keeping people's money and not let them fly.

1-They will try the most possible to make you pay more fees (if you send them an email to dont cancel your trip they will cancel it first and then they will ask you to rebbok and pay fees)
2-They have a lot of phone numbers, but they no answer on anyone even after 35 mins of waiting
3- They dont have any direct contact, they only read the email when they know that you will pay for somthing
4-No page on instagram, no page on FB nothing, they just take your money and bye bye.
5-If you cancel your trip they don't resend your money so you should lose them or rebook the ticket and pay fees
It's the first and the last time i book from this site, try anything else, it's really the worst experience in my life i hope you spend this money on your health.
The airline canceled my return flight and my trip won't reschedule my flight or refund me. The worst customer service ever and I've been calling for 5 days straight and no one wants to help
I booked and paid for 2 flight tickets in March. In May I was told airline had cancelled the flight so I asked for a refu d, promised within 5 days. It was not true that the operator had cancelled, and I never recieved the refund. I tried again yesterday and explained that as the flight was still operating I was happy to have either the refund or the tickets. I want to travel on this flight which I believe is still flying. I have spent an hour and a Quarter trying to get someone on their Indian customer service desk who cn handle my problem. Hopeless, they cannot access all the emails and seem unable to understand, they may be AI. Either way I have neither the refund nor the booking after 4 months. DO NOT BOOK THIS SITE MAY A SCAM

Had initially booked a ticket for my sister's travel from Manila to Calgary. However, I was unaware of the requirement for her to obtain a visa for a layover in the USA. Realizing this, I contacted the relevant authorities, who informed me that I needed to reach out to all the airlines involved in the itinerary. I made numerous calls and sent emails, and the responses I received consistently stated that the agency should be able to facilitate a refund, cancellation, or rescheduling of the flight if such changes were permissible.
Upon reaching out to the agency Mytrip, I was shocked to learn that they were requesting an additional payment of $5000 on top of the original cost. Communication with them proved to be incredibly frustrating as they often couldn't provide clear answers and would frequently place me on hold, only to eventually disconnect the call. Despite my persistent efforts, having called them a total of 20 times, I was consistently met with lengthy periods on hold and, more often than not, abrupt hang-ups. I paid MyTrip for a flight from Tel Aviv to Cairo and Cairo to Tel Aviv in March 2023, the last leg from Sharm El Sheik to Tel Aviv was cancelled by the airline. I submitted a claim to MyTrip on 31 March and five weeks after I still don't get my money back. Because of this cancellation I had to rebook and it cost me an additional $800.00.
Never use My Trip. Once they have your money they will be uncontactable if you need to cancel your flight. Total thievery. First class burglars and scammers.
Easy enough to book but awful at customer service. Failed to notify of a flight cancellation and then drag their heals over a refund. Customer services and complaints ignore issues and lie.
They will take all the money they can and leave u stranded with no flight and no possibility to come back home unless u pay extra even if u have "flexible ticket".

I just don't say it's the worst customer service in the world because you can't even call customer service to what they do.
My flight schedule has been changed and the new schedule is completely inconvenient for me. I contacted the airline that operates the flight and asked them to reschedule my flight. The airline thought it was strange that I was not consulted since the law requires that any change of schedule of more than 5 hours must be made with the client's authorization.
In my case My trip gave that consent without even consulting me.
They also explained to me that I could still reschedule the flight for free, but for that I had to contact the agency from whom I bought the ticket and ask them to reschedule or to unlock the ticket, so that the airline could make the reservation change.
Last Friday I spent almost 7 HOURS on the phone with Mytrip's customer service and they promised me that another colleague would make the change. A week later I still have no answer and probably the airline will not have more seats for the day I intended.
I suggest to all those who have been harmed by this lawless agency to make a complaint to the European Consumer Centers Network - ECC Net.

I booked a flight for Sacramento as you guys can see but they instead booked me for Stockton which is an hour away from Sacramento with no heads up no warning nothing. This should be illegal. Had a trip booked to Iceland in 11/2021 had to cancel due to Covid restrictions. They told us we had a year to rebook. When we went to rebook they told us the flight had to be booked by august 1st when our trip was planned for November. They then told us to call the airline and they can give us a refund of new flight. When we called the airline they said my trip never canceled our flights so we were considered no shows, so they couldn't help us out. Contacted my trip again 4 times to finally get an answer that they can't do anything even though they're the reason we couldn't get a flight with Iceland air. They are a horrible company, they just steal your money and do nothing to help and 3 of the 4 people we spoke with gave terrible attitudes Heena especially. Hope they far sued out of the $#*! and go out of business!
After airline cancelled the flight I was contacting them to help me to find alternative flight and they didnt care at all. They told me our customer service will contact you for 24h for flight which should be for 8h. And then they didnt want to give me a refund although airline gave refund to them. Tried to get refund for a flight booked by mistake. They took the money but they keep refusing stating that it's the airline that doesn't allow refund. Lies!

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
