I LITERALLY purchased the cancellation guarantee and they made every excuse in the world. They gave me all these customer service numbers and none of them work.BIG SCAM...
I cancelled the flight 5 days in advance and they had the nerve to consider it a no show.as an excuse to not return my money. All evidence is in the photos! I was insanely pissed off! Because i purchased all the extra insurance stuff.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! THE Only two airline sites that stand by cancellations are SPIRIT (everyone hates spirit but me) and Kiwi.com I have gotten credits, returns and money back.

This agency is a total scam. I booked my tickets weeks ago, they never booked my return flight. When you tell them there is a problem, they told it was transferred to support team. For some reason they take your money but don't book your tickets. If you don't wanna get surprised before your flight, make sure to check through airlines website otherwise your ticket is nor guarantee. I can say what they do might be a fraud, I escalated to my bank to take action on this non-thrust worthy travel agency
I lost my flight thanks to them. They flight flew 2 and a half hours earlier and they didn't tell me it was changed, even though they were notified 2 days prier.
They did have time, however, to send me promotional emails to buy more of thier crappy services every single day, almost to the point of harassment even though I unchecked getting promotional emails from them.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
If you get a flexible ticket and want to change your flight date they will try charging you 5 to 6 times your initial ticket price, you can even look up cheaper flights on their website - but they will not give them to you.

They decline to issue a refund for one of my flights and continue to tell me to go back to the airline for my refund. The are just awful. They will take your money away and you can kiss good bye to it. Never use them for anything.
In July 2022 the airline cancelled due to a strike my flight when I was already at the gate, the airline refunded Mytrip but Mytrip stole the money! I called them hundreds of times over the last months and they always said the refund was processed but I never received my money, they only $#*! their pants when I tried the way of a chargeback with my bank, which I am going to purse again.

Everything that could possibly get wrong has gotten wrong with my booking:
1. Althoug I paied Mytrip for checked-in suitcase the airline company denied it and said Mytrip didn't put it as part of my order
2. The same happened with the on board suitcase. I have shown the airline representatives the invoice showing that I paid for those services and they told me Mytrip didn't transfer them the payment and that's a common issue with this company.
3. I contacted the call service but the representatives didn't help of courses, blame the airline company and sounded like a bot.

Hi all I've been trying to get in touch with Mytrip the 24nhr service is non existent. I-wanted to upgrade my luggage allowance but can't get in touch. Their app is less than useless. Trying to find a live Chat line is impossible. They say any queries to telephone there help line I've tried for over 3 weeks no you?

My purchased ticket has cancelled by themselves & according to terms & conditions they should refund my money back unfortunately more than two years haven't got refund yet.
I have emailed them more than 100 times all the times same reply " refund is processing " but they doesn't know when refund process will be end.

I bought flight ticket: Vancouver to Frankfurt with Lufthansa and Frankfurt to Tel Aviv with Rynair. I immediately realized that I made a mistake and bought an extra ticket. I informed Mytrip 5 minutes after I did this mistake. Most companies have a 24 hours cancelation policy. Not Mytrip. After 3 phone calls and long negotiation, they reimbursed me for the Lufthansa flight and deducted 45$ handling fee. They said that I need to deal with the Rynair myself. It took endless phone calls until I was able to get a partial reimbursement approval from Rynair. The most annoying thing was that Mytrip deducted again 45$ from the reimbursement for "handling fees". They handled nothing. I was the one who had to make endless phone calls and send emails. I have been a very loyal customer of them. Not any more.
I don't wish to anyone what this site put me through today. I bought two tickets to Dusseldorf and then Split. An email from them immediately appeared saying that everything was confirmed and my reservation number to check-in. Turns out they didn't book me on the flights. That is, I could not check in and consequently board. In short: they stole my money. When I commented at the check-in counter, they commented that there were numerous cases of this involving My Trip. Ckm. NEVER BUY ON THIS PLATFORM
Owe us money due to cancelled flights. Gave us 'open tickets' then wouldn't allow us to use them although reading other reviews, to rebook there would have been extortionate charges on top of what has already been paid. Promised calls back and nothing and when I call, they can't help, promised another call back from their imaginary 'support team' and go round in circles like that. Not ATOL protected and no complaints procedure. No response to official complaint made by email and by post.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They are responsible for nothing ever and impossible to contact. I paid for extra customer service. Was unable to contact them from the airport when the connection was missed due to their scheduling error. I bought a second ticket through them to complete the flight. When I call them to complain and ask for compensation they say their website isn't responsible if it suggested flights that didn't give you enough time to transfer. It's the customers job to select correctly. I asked what service are they selling them and asked to speak for a manager. I was told that I would have to wait 24 hours for a manager call back and it could come anytime in 24 hours and I agreed. I was then told that needed approval and then I waited and was told I was not approved to speak to a manager and there is no further recourse.
I bought tickets from mytrip.com for a flight from Kathmandu to LAX. Mytrip sold me tickets that included a flight with an Indian airline to Delhi then Japan Airlines to LAX. I arrived ready to fly in Kathmandu and the Indian carrier refused to honor the ticket mytrip issued me. They tried to get me on a flight with another airline, but they were unsuccessful, so they cancelled my ticket and refunded it to mytrip (not me).
This left me stranded in Kathmandu airport with no way home. I desperately tried to fine a way to contact mytrip.com going through every page on their website. The only contact available to me was a US phone number I couldn't call from Kathmandu (no chat, no email address, etc). I did try replying directly to an email I received my original confirmation from, but never got a response.
After a few hours of trying to figure out what I could do I bought a separate ticket on Quatar airlines to get home.
Immediately on returning to LAX I called mytrip on their US number. They refused to refund or help in any way. They said it was my fault for not contacting them from Kathmandu (which I desperately tried to do, they have no way of doing so). They said it was out of their control and they don't owe me a refund, even though the ticket they sold me was refused by the airline at the counter. Even though they were already refunded by the Indian airline.
I have disputed their charges on my credit card and am preparing a response with legal counsel because they have refused to resolve their issue. The time and frustration involved is infuriating.
