The way your website presents information regarding baggage fees is misleading. For example, I originally intended to book a flight which had multiple legs, and when I opted to add check in baggage, which increased the price, the checkout section did not mention that the extra baggage cost I am paying through your website is only for the second leg of the flight with the second airline. It should have noted something along the lines of "please note that this baggage fee is only for (blank) airline and it does not cover checked baggage for (blank) airline. You will have to add baggage through their website separately after you book with us." By not making such a statement, you are making customers believe that their baggage purchase applies to both airlines. The representative I spoke to on the phone made the suggestion to book both legs of the flight separately, which I appreciate. However, I would highly suggest you make this improvement on your site as it will leave customers feeling that they can trust your information and will encourage them to book through you again. When they book snd later find out that the baggage fee they paid only included one airline, they will be unhappy to say the least, and will likely not book through your company again in the future.I make this suggestion not just as a customer, but to help keep your company sustainable and ensure customers do not feel mislead or decieved.
Disappointed with mytrip.com's billing process. They deduct more from my bank account than the total invoice amount, which is frustrating and unacceptable.
I requested a refund for this company and they told me that they reached out to the airline (Porter Airlines) to request a refund and that the company rejected the claim. However, when I called Porter Airlines, they told me they had never received a refund request from MyTrips.com. Customer service was not supportive and I could not get in contact with a supervisor. I would completely avoid this company.

MyTrip (-5 stars) is the worst of the worst, never ever go with them, look at other reviews and they will say the exact same thing, in my experience they set up the tickets and then cancel a flight so that at the end the flight schedules do not add up and in conclusion does not work. After this crucial step has been completed they then send an email a single email hoping you would miss it so they can take 75% of the ticket cost and leave you with nothing. However, if yo udo see the email and call them to ask what is up, they will make false promises and do everything to delay their response to get a new flight or even proceed with the refund hoping to get to the day where you were meant to go on holiday. In conclusion it does not matter if you bought the tickets 5+ months from the day they sent you that email like we did or respond to that email 4 weeks before the flights since they will delay till the very last minute so they can get their 75% cut and leave you with nothing. It is one of the better scams we have fallen for and has costed millions of dollars around the world (I bet). In conclusion, if you have the tickets I wish you the best of luck and if you have not, book them yourself or anywhere else than this actual scam. (My personal experience have made me wish that they get sued and lose all of their assets or that hopefully nobody else buys anything from them or anyone relating to them).
Not good so far. I'm still waiting for my trip confirmation several hours after my card has been charged. Confirmations are usually immediately available after clicking payment.!

The booking was very complicated and flights were booked in different airlines endup paying twice for the same carry on bag which was not every a big bag.
The booking agency was not any help at all.
The website shows low price when searching but charge extra for everything and by the end of booking it say that your order is not available at this price and charge additional fees again. I will not book with them any more.

Today is the first time I use myTrip. I filled in my info for MU8653, April 24, PVG to BKK, the price showed 1433RMB. But I met some problem with Visa card. After the Visa problem was solved, I rebooked on myTrip, but the price was already 1901RMB. Really shocked to see such big price gap within so short time. Except this, all other things about booking on myTrip are good and smooth. Thank you
I wish my trip do account for everyone who used it always. Like that all information is save and no need to put every small information every time we book ticket., Like a member ship number and we can always order in this.
Always appreciate lineups of air tickets with reasonable prices, and UI of booking and reservation is easy and convenient for me. Just wish you could provide a shortcut to save my time from the flight schedule screen to the payment screen because I am not a person who needs additional services.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
