Theses my first time purchase a ticket with my trips but it was quick and good price
MyTrip.com is a wonderful online airline reservation company which has fantastic options!
I was able to find the ticket that I wanted when I needed to adjust my reservation.
The same package would have been cheaper to book through the airline. Fare advertised as significantly lower to lure a prospective customer. But luggage fees are higher. And seats that should be free are charged fees. All these fees are shown only later on. Will never use this dubious service again.

It seems like everytime I book a flight the price increases due to high demand after I agree to the price on the screen and before my credit card is run. Sometimes it has been only a few dollars but tonight it was nearly $400 per ticket. No thank you. I ll try some where else.

All of the additional fees makes the flight appear cheaper than it really is. Having to go through and select or choose not to select all the additional options is painful. Show me the full price and then reduce it as I deselect all the extras.

Process not as intuitive and straightforward as it should be. You should be able to see the price, the baggage terms, and fly right through this thing in record time.
A reservation with no ability to cancel, despite not needing the baggage or seat now reserved. Instead of helping, you offer to charge $44 for a "possible" return of the taxes charged.
Purchased a flight through mytrip, cancelled it within 24 hours as plans changed. I then had to call the airline to cancel, and mytrip couldn't tell me the correct airline to call - it was a three-leg trip with four different airlines. I then called mytrip and they said I had to cancel with each airline, except I had confirmed that all parts were cancelled when I found the correct airline.
Update: after writing this review and contesting the charge with my credit card company did they say anything about actually giving me a refund, which they can't do because I initiated a charge back. I wouldn't have done that if they had actually been legitimate and refund my money to begin with.
I still do not recommend.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
