I didn't receive the airline booking reference and it required me to call the airline to get it as well as the e ticket number it's not shown no where, all other websites they send me the airline booking reference not only the 3rd party booking reference, i will never recommend to use this website anymore

This is site is worse than 0 ratings. Stay clear of this site if you value your money. A ticket was mistakenly booked, called the customer service within an hour of booking to cancel, their manager said they would not cancel or refund even when a ticket wasn't issued yet all within an hour. That is an absolutely sham, all other sites gives you 24 hours grace to cancel mistakenly booked tickets. This is very shady and scammy. Spend abit more on other sites, it will save you the stress in the long run. Please avoid at all cost
