This is the second time this year that we booked a trip to Germany with MyTrip. The booking process for the first trip to Germany and this trip was flawless. For both trip bookings, the My Trip staff was very courteous, professional, efficient, responsive and proficient.
There are too many choices and it confuses the person who ends up paying more money in order to buy the ticket one needs. It's an unfair system where money making is the goal.

It was too hard to navigate all the extras. Then at the last minute after i paid, they said the price went up. There was no cancel button. Then it said it would take up to 3 days for my flight to be approved. I could have booked it directly on the plane's website for the same price but with less hassles.
You go through the entire selection process just to be informed at the end that these seats are no longer available, however, if you select all the extras, the seats become available. You should not advertise at the lower price of the seats are not availabel.
Was trying to book 3 tickets with 1 being for my toddler. It would not let me book it for her own seat. So wound up having to just book two seats and my daughter to sit on our lap. I called they told me to use the app which I'm in another country and trying to download the app wouldn't take to long. I dunno if you're going to optimize just for your app then don't make a website just revert everyone to your site. Extremely inconvenient.

I booked a flight on June 19th 2025. But NEOS flight has cancelled the flight. When I asked for compensation then turned me to my trip, when I asked my trip as I booked my flight from them then they told me that I have to contact NeOS flights. Both are ridiculous. I paid 131 dollars to try to change my flight and they were unable to complete this after waiting nearly 30 minutes. I have yet to receive my refund of this amount. When I went directly through the airline to change my flight it only costed 34 dollars. I would not buy flights with this service at any point in time. I would ask for a complete refund and never use them again.

They are a scam. They don't have any kind of online presence because they know what they're doing is so so low. The "customer service representatives" don't understand English, talk over customers, lie, won't transfer you to an appropriate department and will hang up calls. After an hour, they still wouldn't find a booking order, after I provided them with order number, travel dates and passenger names. THEY SENT E CONFIRMATION FOR A TOTALLY DIFFERENT BOOKING. If you can, RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK.
It took over an hour to book a flight. Your site kept saying a flight was available, but when I went to pay I was told it was not. Of course this took 3 tries because by the time I got to pay, I was told that I had to start over as my search had expired. This was my first time to use your site... not good.
