I have been a customer for 19 years and something or someone must have taken over and the place is going down the toilet. I have been waiting 3 weeks for one redemption for a $25.00 Amazon card. I put in for another smaller card and then closed my account. Customer service is terrible now. You just get an automated reply. It use to be a good site and they took care of their customers. Do not waste your time.

I have been with MyPoints for almost 15 years and until now I really liked them. I ordered a gift card last year and didn't receive it. E-mailed member services and they gave me my points back. So I ordered another one and got that one. This year I ordered one and again didn't get it. Strange I know especially since they all were coming to the same address. Told member services and the agent pretty much said too bad for you! And her response button was on loop saying over and over that I must have a problem getting my mail. Been in my house for 5 yrs and had no problems with my gift card before. So now I'm not to sure about MyPoints.

I don't use them that much.

I bought something from Walmart.com on October 29.
It is November 27.
And the purchase (two bags of bird seed) still does not show up as pending in my account. I opened and used the bird seed. My credit card was charged and I paid for the purchase.

The subtotal $19.88 = 79 points

And I was also suppose to get $5 (790 points) as a bonus for buying from any online merchant.

Since the original purchase never tracked, I also never got the bonus.

Getting help through their online system is useless.
They just keep repeating the same thing about waiting 30 days.
I find it hard to believe that a purchase from Walmart takes 30 days to track.

I've looked into many programs supposedly designed to earn money, points, or items... this is the only one I've successfully been able to redeem my points on. Even better is that you get to choose where you use your gift cards with real money value. You can use the gift cards immediately.
I mostly earn point from shopping or little points from viewing emails, but I used to watch the videos and do the surveys and that works too. I just haven't have time recently for the later.
I would highly recommend using Mypoints at least for all your online shopping!

I love being able to cash in points to get a gift card every once in awhile. I am a casual user but I try to get a daily goal at least twice a week. I realize some people will complain about the surveys, but if you are disqualified or mypoints doesn't allow you to use it, move on. This is not suppose to replace your paycheck but give you a little bit extra back each month. I have been able to make approx. $ 200 per year. Not much but better than nothing.

This used to be a great company with real rewards, and they responded to contacts as well. In the last couple of years, they have started placing all sorts of limitations, and today I wanted to go in to check my account, but apparently it doesn't exist anymore. So I wanted to contact them, but you can only use the contact email if you are a member, which apparently I am not anymore. It's a total scam.

Overall, I really enjoy the opportunity to share my opinions and reap a few rewards in return. However, I must point out that in the last few months, MyPoints has changed. There have been more than adequate surveys available, but the numbers change. For example, I might choose one from the list that shows 5 minutes and 70 points, but as soon as I click, the next screen might say 15 minutes. And it was my understanding that if you choose a survey, but it is not a match for me, then I will receive 5 points, but that is not the case. My understanding is that I am allowed only 5 unmatched surveys per day. I can still try more surveys, but then I will receive no points if unmatched. Then I accidentally discovered why I was unable to redeem some rewards, e.g. the reason being that I could not use my Avast browser but has to enter through Google Chrome. Please advise!

I enjoy this site but I do get frustrated at times. Right now they are doing a challenge where completing 2 surveys is required. Some of the time I click to do a survey and I don't even get to the survey. Other times I'm 10-15 minutes into a survey when I'm logged out of it with no credit given. So I don't bother trying many surveys. But I do like their emails where I get 1-5 points for reading it. My favorite thing about this site is that they offer a grocery store gift card to get with the points. I have enough "stuff" so I don't need any department store gift cards.

I've been a member for over a decade. They just get better and better at offering opportunities to earn points. I'm able to redeem for gift cards that I otherwise could not afford. I use these as gifts for loved ones and friends and occasionally myself. I'm looking at some of the reviews and am seeing some negative comments. I have a kinship when it comes to the customer service dept. It could stand a huge improvement. But all in all I feel rewarded for the time I spend. You just have to try for yourselves.
