Unlike with Rakuten or TopCashback, you don't get the $10 sign-up bonus until you make enough purchases to get $10 in rewards.

Not good.

I also got credited for $9.99 on a purchase that was $19.98 before tax and shipping.
Not sure if it is BeFrugal's fault or the store's fault. The store is MilesKimball.com

I don't use them that much.

I bought something from Walmart.com on October 29.
It is November 27.
And the purchase (two bags of bird seed) still does not show up as pending in my account. I opened and used the bird seed. My credit card was charged and I paid for the purchase.

The subtotal $19.88 = 79 points

And I was also suppose to get $5 (790 points) as a bonus for buying from any online merchant.

Since the original purchase never tracked, I also never got the bonus.

Getting help through their online system is useless.
They just keep repeating the same thing about waiting 30 days.
I find it hard to believe that a purchase from Walmart takes 30 days to track.

They should have it so that the winner cannot enter for 6 months or whatever.

It seems RIGGED.

I have been using Ibotta for over 2 years.
5 times I have used Paypal to transfer the rewards I earned out of my account.

Oh no! NOT this time.

8 days ago I exceeded the $20 requirement so I went to transfer the money out.
Nope!
My Paypal was no longer linked.

I tried every sort of way to get it linked again, but it only caused my account to be locked.

It has been 8 days since I submitted a Help ticket and still no response.

Their system messed up, and I am sitting here without my money.

Day #9 Jan. 16,2019 ---
My account was unlocked.

I was told
"Our automated system flagged your account for review based on one of the following reasons: user data, shopping behavior, or account audits. We have completed the review and have restored full access to your account."

I still cannot link my Paypal account. Still getting error message about problem with email address. So, I transferred my money to Venmo.

No more Ibotta for me!

I bought a $20 Target egift card in Feb 2017, so I decided to buy another one on Sunday May 6,2018 at about 10 pm.

I get an email from them 1 hour later that the egift card was ordered.

It is 10 am, Tuesday May 8,2018 --- 36 hours later and I have received nothing.

Fortunately my credit card has not been charged. It shows nothing pending.

I won't be buying from them again.

Update: It is 8 pm, Tuesday May 8,2018, 44 hours after I placed the order, I receive an email say that they had an "inventory error".
Yet there are still at least 100 $20 Target egift cards on their website.
WTF?

Update May 14,2018: I bought another $20 eGift card last Tuesday. This time, the order went throught and I received an eGift card number with PIN.
But what I received wasn't an actual eGift card with a barcode which I have bought before directly from Target.com
With this Cardpool order, I had to log into my Target.com account and enter the eGift card number and the PIN. (The Target app would not let me do that.) After I did that the $20 showed up in my account..
