Early morning and evening I go to My Points and do the Daily Poll and Surveys... It is such a fun way to be heard and the rewards are pretty amazing, too. Glad I can voice my Opinion and be heard!
7 min survey 21 points took 30 min. You will spend 20 min, answer all questions and when the survery has all the information its needs, it will click you out and tell you that you received no points.
I love my points! I have been able to earn over $200, since I joined. It is so easy to earn points. All you have to do is very easy. I wouldn't trade the app for anything
The Bingo board is very fun and usually it is a weekly thing where you have to opt in. But, the last four Bingo boards that I completely did, I had to submit for less points because the Discover square would never credit me. I always did the Discover deal over 100 points on the FIRST day of the bingo board, and seven days later it is still not shaded in. So, I always have a full board BUT, when I submit it, I cannot submit a full board because the Discover square is still pending. This is very frustrating and dishonest. They need to remove the Discover square because it is a problem. I am not the first to complain about this. I think this is very dishonest and needs to be removed from the board completely. I have belonged to mypoints over 15 years and I love it, but this is the second biggest issue I am having with their Company. The first is I cannot sign into the Mobile App, it continually says "not authorized" but Apple Phones can sign into that mobile app and I do not have an Iphone and don't want one either.
Mypoints is an easy way to earn points through purchases you already make. I have never been spammed or bombarded with emails from affiliates. There are a lot of surveys.
Seldom get to complete a survey. Most days every survey invite gives the above message; not even 5 pts for trying anymore.
I've used MyPoints for 8+ years & am still there. Not sure if that says something about my laziness or the sites effectiveness. Over that time the points required to redeem "rewards" has almost doubled while the points awarded for purchases has remained flat. Not cool. One is also required to click thru their site to obtain points on purchases. They have yet to add an option to attach a debit or credit card which is automatically monitored for qualifying purchases (as other rewards programs have). So if you jump on Amazon to make a quick buy, but forget to go thru mypoints.com first, oh well.
They sent me an email with 3 options. 'like them, use more than once weekly' ~ I gave them that rating this review site popped up.
The 2nd option was 'like them, casual user, less than weekly' ~ When I clicked that option, this review site popped up.
The 3rd option was 'don't like Ryan's ~ oddly enough, this review site did NOT pop up. That linked to a MyPoints suggestion page.
I say this because it absolutely appears they are attempting to skew the review results & that's skeevy.
Fortunately, that's the skeeviest thing in my review. Mypoints.com is incredibly average at what they do. That's better than sucking.
Do NOT i repeat do NOT waste your time on this piece of $#*! site they allow you to do surveys and waste your time but when you actually put good time into earning points they will Deactivate your email without any notice and im being dead serious this website is nothing more than a Scam and it will be nothing more then a waste of your valuable time and your efforts put in this site should be shut down immediately and i hope everyone see's this review because i only speak of the truth and when i say truth i mean this website is pure $#*! :) Don't waste your time on this do NOT contact me giving me the whole bullcrap of Your Sorry that you feel the way i feel about this because out of the reviews im reading now this isn't the first time you wasted someones time :) See ya and i hope your site gets shut down for a waste of time!
It's easy to click through advertisements, shop through affiliated links, and watch videos. The points add up quickly for side money.
I tried to redeem 25 bucks to PayPal but account have have a bank account link to it so I cash out for visa gift card never got it stay away from this site
I used My Points gift card to help purchase an item for my son for Christmas. He needed a new suitcase, and I was able to purchase a much nicer one by adding on the My Points $$$.
Best app ever to get gift cards for all kinds of different things this is for Real. You wouldn't believe how many gift cards I gotten like $20 worth of Apple and then I don't know how much I made on Amazon like I've gotten so many Amazon cards at so many different prices Freakin Unbelievable
I use my points Everyday to do Surveys and to see what's going on, i can always find some surveys to do or play some games I also check out the shops.
I spent 2 days on Mypoints.com submitting surveys with my personal data and then i was ready to "redeem" my $10 gift card. I chose the Visa prepaid card with cash on it. My account was suspended for no reason. I emailed them to open my account because it was suspended, they reactivated my account again for login. I did not get a Visa card! I got an email with them asking me to submit my photo identification card, why do they need my ID via email? I gave them my photo ID as requested. They also said by email i need to verify my account with a phone mobile number. They said my home address was invalid for the gift card.
RIP OFF. They do not give you "physical" gift cards, they have E Cards (online).
They have a Visa Reward Card that has cash on it listed for their webpage to redeem but you cant get it because they will email you saying "we do not have anymore visa card in stock."
My address is not "invalid" because i get mail there.
Do not use MyPoints.com. They promise you good things an yet you never receive it. TOTAL SCAM. Here is the actual email messages i have received from MyPoints below.

I've been a member for several years & even tho they don't give as many points now, I still earn enough to get 1 $25 Amazon gift card/month so I'm happy with that.
My understanding of this relationship was that I would help them by taking surveys and such and in turn they promised a small reward. I signed up and took hours and hours of surveys. I thought about redeeming my points for a reward but I thought I would wait until I reached the next tier for a better reward. When I finally reached that tier I redeemed the points I had earned. I received an email saying the reward was being processed. I was excited. The time I spent on this was finally paying off.
I waited a few weeks and never received another email about the reward. I recently noticed that I hadnt received any emails from them. So, I tried to log into my account. The site now tells me that my account has been deactivated. I searched for MyPoints Scam online and found this site. It looks like this is a recurring issue with them. It appears that they don't live up to their end of the bargain.
I had initially marked only "one" star on this review. However, after thinking about this I have changed it to five stars, and here's my reasoning...
I honest feel pretty mad... like I've been robbed of my knowledge and experiences that they took from me via these surveys. However, some companies out there have partnered with MyPoints and are paying for the information the members have given. MyPoints is obviously in the wrong here, but they dont seem to see what theyre doing to themselves. Theyre creating their own class action lawsuit against themselves.
MyPoints is 100% a SCAM. I received an offer of "buy something from this retailer and you will get 20,000 points!" There was no disclaimer at the bottom saying the purchase had to be a certain amount. So I went through (clicking the MyPoints email) and bought a small item. Waited for my points to arrive, and nothing. I received the same BonusMail offer again a few weeks later. I figured "maybe I didn't submit it right the first time and that's why my points never showed up (even as pending!)" So I clicked the BonusMail again and purchased another item from the same retailer (sgain, still no minimum purchase price on this BonusMail) - only this time, I RECORDED myself doing it to prove that I completed this (and saved all of my emails showing there was no purchase minimum for this offer, too). Again, no points, I reached out to them a while later to ask what is going on. They said "we didn't show that you completed this offer" EXCEPT I DID. TWICE. And both times it "didn't get reported to you" from the retailer for my points to be released? I literally have VIDEO and email evidence that I completed the offer and they still will not recognize that I completed this offer - TWICE.
Absolute, 100% a scam to get you to buy from their partners and then deny you any reward for it. They owe me 20,000 points and are refusing to honor that. Stay FAR away from these scammers!
Thanks to the point redemptions, my hubby and I are able to go out for dinner on a regular basis. SS alone doesn't let us do that.
It's a really cool site that has lots of interesting ways to earn an extra few bucks every now and then. Or gift cards or whatever else you like!
Answer: You RUN! RUN FOR THE HILLS! Close your account and RUN! And then, file a complaint with the BBB. They are now under the parent company "Prodege" which is also SwagBucks. Both are horribly run companies now!
Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
Answer: You don't, they won't answer or take your calls nor will they return any messages.
Answer: Yes. Its quick and easy. Simply go to your account to change
Answer: Mypoints is a large company. They will e-mail you, might just take so extra time depending on your issue
Answer: Yahoo is notorious for email problems. I use Gmail. It's free and more reliable.
Answer: I get multiple emails daily. Try checking your spam folder and be sure to add mypoints to your contacts. I also would check your account to be sure they still have your current email. I hope this helps.
Answer: Not that it will make you feel any better, but I cannot get any help either. Totally useless but here: To submit a ticket regarding an activity, go through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger, https://www.mypoints.com/account-ledger.
