I don't know what to say about it. I enjoy being a member of My points panels. Some of the surveys are easy. But, some of the surveys I don't qualify.
This is a nice way to earn gift cards. The more. Points you get the more gift cards you can get. If you use mypoints when shopping you can earn more points.
Love this site and all the activities on the site. Great site and look forward to coming on everyday to browse around and participate in the surveys and other stuff too.
I visit multiple times through the week. I get the points and when they add up get gift cards. I like using my points for gift cards for things I want.
I enjoy recieving gift cards, it just seems to take forever to have enough points to do so. Even if on site for 1 hour daily it takes months to get a $5 gift card to paypal.

I've been doing surveys for years with this site. Now every time I click on a survey it's says not qualify and kicks me out. They manipulated my account.
Wish I could qualify for more surveys. Most surveys don't go through. Maybe 1 out of 6 maybe. Is there a trick to the surveys. I see tooplayers, they must have a formula.

Whatever you do, do not file a complaint to customer service. I did a simple missing points one, and pointed out I was not credited with a survey I did. If anything, you would think MyPoints would want to know the survey company was screwing them out of money since they are paid themselves for our completions. Instead I was told I would be recieving fewer surveys as a result of saying something. It was a warning to not complain again. Then they started changing how points are awarded for videos. You used to get one point for evey video, they had a caption that said "Enjoy Unlimited Videos!" Without warning they capped it at 75, said nothing to customers of course. When we started asking were our points were, they said too many "bad apples" cheating. How do you cheat? You gave free unlimited videos? They are not on endless loops, you have to click each one and watch the entirety! Their facebook page will reveal a customer service that is rude and condenscending to customers as well. The longer I am on the site, the less I enjoy it and the more I go to Swagbucks.

For a month I've attempted to rectify with these people some points that they did not award me for shopping through their portal. Mind you, I've been a customer for two decades. I long ago stopped taking their surveys because they don't work 95% of the time, but I had a lot of points gathered up and I still fill in stuff with them now and then and shop through the portal for points. Lately, 3 out of 4 experiences doesn't result in the points being given even though you've gone through their portal. You must keep screenshots of everything. The offer, the purchase, the receipt. Then wait 60 days. I sent them 3 purchases that were not credited. I got replies a week later to re-fill out the information on the site. I did it again. I got replies two weeks later to re-fill out the information—gosh, the site wasn't working at the time and didn't get the information I had sent. I did it yet again. Yesterday I got replies to "prove my identity" with their legal identity portal. Seriously. To get a few points from them, I had to prove I'm who I am legally. I uploaded SCANNED documents. SCANNED documents that I have used repeatedly. The site couldn't read them. Tried again. Couldn't read them. Tried again. Couldn't read them. Eventually told me my identity couldn't be proven. Seriously. To get a few points—5,000 of which you need to get a $5 gift card. Don't be as stupid as I am. Time is valuable. This site has become a total joke. Any customer service portal that is this determined not to give anything to its customers should be wiped from the web. I will now post this review everywhere.
I find the challenges fun, and I get points gathered that I use at the end of the month to redeem for gift cards I use when the money runs out before the month does.

I have belonged for years, I visit MyPoints everyday, no problems. I just cashed in for $25 Paypal, and in the past have redeemed for many Visa gift cards over the years.
Answer: You RUN! RUN FOR THE HILLS! Close your account and RUN! And then, file a complaint with the BBB. They are now under the parent company "Prodege" which is also SwagBucks. Both are horribly run companies now!
Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
