Got a couple of my pillow yesterday 04/09/2020
This are incredibly comfortable pillows I recommend. Will buy more.
Have not received my pillows yet, which is not the complaint, but customer service is. While placing my order for pillows, the rep. For My Pillow, asked for an email address, to send me my invoice, which I gave.The email is not difficult to understand, or copy, I thought. I did not receive an email, in the time stated, or even a week later. I did call again, and left a message, to get a call back, to give the email address again. When I received the call back, the lady from My Pillow, said to me"how can I help you?"The lady should have known how she could have helped me, because I left a clear message as to the problem. Moving forward, she was unable to follow simple instructions, and I have yet to receive an invoice... so I just left another message... and I wait...
I bought 2 pillows from Mypillow.com the first couple nights they were great but I noticed they started to go flat. Like not enough filling in them. I contacted them sent the pillow back and never received a refund or replacement. I even have the tracking number. Its been 2 years and I have contacted better business bearu and state attorney general over this hopefully I can get a refund. I paid 109 dollars for two pillows but only have one because they wont replace it or refund or send back the one I bought. I don't know how this is legal! I do NOT recommend buying anything from them. The product I had did have problems and they wouldn't honor the 60 day warranty. I only had the pillows less than a week. I have been going back and forth through email with my pillow customer service and they are Horrible. They ask the same question repeatedly and even use different people to send emails so it's like talking to someone completely different each time you call. Repeating what the problem is and so on. Then no help what so ever. Very unprofessional and rude. If you but from the my pillow then good luck to you and I hope you don't have same issues as I do with products and customers service. They also have a law suit against the company for faulty advertising on the filling in the pillows. You can look it up.
I haven't woke up with neck pain since I bought one. I think it's great. I plan on buying one for my boy friend also.
Having seen the owner on his hands and knees ready to "do" the President, his fealty should alarm anyone who is thinking about this man. It was an embarrasment!
My pillow is a good pillow, however it will not help you sleep or give you your best sleep. This is a ridiculous claim. No bed or pillow will do that. If you have trouble sleeping you probably need to exercise more or change your diet.

These pillows are very comfortable. My husband and I both have one. My son & his wife have one and my daughter & her husband have one. We love them. You do have to shape them, but I love that characteristic; it allows them to be adjustable! Great pillow! Great job!

I tried this thing and thought it was pretty good so I bought 4 more of them for my kids. Then after about 5 months, it started getting flatter, the fill started to separate and my neck ultimately started hurting more and more every morning. I tried putting it in dryer and fluffing it up but it still flattened out and resulted in neck problems with me. Then I happened to notice that my 4 sons were not using theirs any longer and was amazed. I called the My Pillow company and they wanted my receipts, which, after 5 months, I could no longer find. So, 5 pillows later, and $300 bucks spent, I gave these things to the Salvation Army. This is my story so now you're informed of what could happen.
I don't care what California says about my pillows or anyone else. I love these pillows. They are simply wonderful. I now have 6 my pillows. I wouldn't trade them for any other pillow. They are so comfortable. Just fluff and push them to your liking and they stay that way all night. The big plus is they are machine washable. Just great.
My elderly mom & dad bought everyone in family a my pillow at $40 each. They like it but they are medicated at night so dont move, us kids find it overpriced, underfilled & a pain in neck & shoulders. Terrible & painful pillow for movers under the sheets.
Ordered 2 roll up pillows had to pay $ 9.95 for shipping practically the very next day they had a promo code for free shipping and I notified customer service for a refund on shipping and they denied my request said at the time of shipment we did not offer free shipping terrible customer service
MyPillow is uncomfortable, over-priced and doesn't do anything promised in the ads. This guy is a dishonest, crooked scumbag. He should be working in the White House.
After two days it became flat and dis formed.
You get better quality out of some $5 pillows.
Dont waste your money on this.
Got 2 pillows as gift. They r not comfortable. I even cut pillows and put half stuffing into the other to make it comfortable still not comfortable at all. Very disappointed. Do not reccomend
Cudos for making Masks for our Healthcare system but you could easily make disposable Hospital gowns PPE too! Hope you will check it out Mike Lindell
Really overpriced and poor quality pillow. Actually probably the worse pillow I have ever had in 56 years of my life.
My wife bought 2 of these pillows. They are cheap crap. They probably have better pillows at Walmart! Enough said.
I ended up giving them away. These are the worst pillows I have ever tried to sleep on. Every time I tried to sleep on them I ended up with a stiff sore neck and a headache. Then when I would go back to my old pillow I wouldn't have a stiff neck anymore or a headache. If I were you I wouldn't waste my money on these crappy pillows.
Extremely lumpy! Extremely disappointed. When I called to return the pillow after they guarantee the best night of your sleep. This feels like a low quality cheap pillow!

Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
