For me, I dislike it when they show up as a free template provider and after you have spent time making a resume and are ready to download it, then here it comes, insert your credit card info to pay!

Total rip off!

I canceled my account in December 2022. I have been billed for 3 months since I canceled. Poor customer service! Total rip off! Be very careful when using this company. This is the second time that this happened to me. I should have learned the first time. Never again!

I tried the trail period that cost about 3$ for the first month and canceled my subscription.
2 months later i was charged 34.95$ twice in the span of 2 days without notice or reason.
70$ taken from my account and when i called about the issue i was told my acount was active the whole time. Even tho my cancelation took place, the confirmation number i was given i was told wasent a valid number and my money wouldnt be refunded to me. So unless you'd like to be scammed and charged later on after canceling do yourself a favor and find a different site to make a resume on. If i could rate less then 1 star i would.

I talked to Joel R agent over the weekend, he told me I had to stay for the $5 deal and I could get my money back, then I got billed again the $5 and still waiting for my first refund

Pathetic service

I would give 0 rating for this website. They loot money from you. Please be aware of their automatic renewal, they wont notify you and will charge money from you. When you call them, they wont refund or respond properly. I am strongly recommending not to use this website

I purchased a one time copy of my resume. They then started charging my monthly for a subscription I never signed up for (who would)
Tgey stated they were charging me $17.48 but they were taking $34.95 out of my account and refuse to refund me. Do not use this site its a scam!

Unfortunate this site is not trustworthy. Canceled memebership. I never even started a day after charging me and I requested a refund since you know I never used the app. This charges is currently pending in my account. The not so legit customer service rep let me know they could only render about 20 percent of what I paid? "prorated" is what he called it. I wondered how after a day of not using this app I had already been charged 80 percent of the fee? I have to dispute through my bank. Waited ten minutes to talk to some one just to have to hang up with his terrible mannerism.

User friendly, exceptional customer service

I tried to cancel my service after the first month since I got the job; I got changed a few extra months so I called customer service to see what happened. The gentlemen I spoke to, Ivan, was friendly and very helpful. He took great care of me and got a refund submitted for me without any hassle or being pushy. 10/10 customer service.
The website itself was great too. It was really easy to navigate and to insert all my information.

I would not recommend this company.

We were charged $25 and we were not using this service. A day or two later we noticed the charge and they would not refund us the full amount. Only gave us $11. Which is sad especially since its a service that is suppose to help people who are laid off. This service did not help to get a job and we didn't even use the resume provided I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING ANOTHER SERVICE.

I got scammed by the website customer services i paid for 10 days as test and later before the monthly charge i contacted to the customer service to cancel subscription but then I surprised that they charged me 24USD! And I did not got my refund yet

Unacceptable errors from the billing department; my account was overcharged on two separate occasions! I understand mistakes happen, and was willing to be forgiving of the second occurrence; but the poor service in handling the issue from their customer care dept. has me not only never wanting to do business with them again, it's also encouraged me to make sure none of my friends, family, and even acquaintances hear about my experiences in hopes of potentially saving them from anything close to an experience like mine.
