I already had an active account and every time I would access it to update my information you website required me to start another account and would charge a fee. I wasted time just trying to update an existing resume.

Great Customer Service

I needed help on my resume to be able to have my linkedin profile account listed on my resume and when I called for help Humberto Coto answered and resolved the issue. He was awesome!

It is good to have a company that has great employees who really know how to give great service.

-fees should be on home page
-the app actually changed some dates. Correct in edit but incorrect on actual resume. I had to completely erase the dates and retype.
-some places should have had bullets but did not. Could not correct.
- city was listed as washington, columbia, dc. Could not get rid of columbia

The Name Says It All

I was skeptical at first. I was referred to My Perfect Resume by a good friend of mine. Long story longer. I made a resume and cover letter, sent my resume to a few companies, Two days later I was contacted by my new employer. I start my new job Monday 4/13/2015. I also appreciate that the website was user friendly... You really did give me My Perfect Resume.

It was good, however; I had to redo my resume and pay again because it didn't save correctly the last time I did it a week ago. Hopefully this one did save correctly. I unknowingly sent out the resume with only one of the jobs out of 7

I needed help with formatting my resume to look more appealing. The customer service representative was so kind and helpful. He was able to log on to my account and fix the formatting issue from his end. He did notice one spelling error in the process and pointed it out to me, along with a suggestion to increase the heading size to give a more polished look. He was so patient with me and helped me with a smile! Thank you so much!

This site took a lot of the stress out of creating a resume and cover letter for the job I wanted to apply for. I had a bit of an issue trying to edit the cover letter to include what the employer wanted in the cover letter but that could be because I was using an iPad.

When I chose your website, it says FREE. After I spend all the time doing my resume I find out I cannot print it until I pay you 24.95 and you expect it every month! That is false advertising and I am disgusted by it.

This gives you the ability to print, email or download your resume and cover letters using our copyrighted templates, but these features are NOT listed within the Basic Access account. Upon calling the "My Perfect Resume' number to get support on one issue, Mr. Coto not only handled the issue, but up sold me on the basic system whereby he was able to show me how the Internal Headhunter system works on the site. He was very knowledgeable about the capabilities of the Resume system, but more important, he was vigilante about the success of the system because of the technology with key word search. While he did not guarantee a thumbs up on obtaining a job, he definitely said if the tool is used right, the likely hood of getting a call or look at for an interview would be more likely than not. Excellent presentation.

Cost. Good service, but they snuck the price at the end so it was until after I finished my resume, that they charged me to save it, they hid the price so that I could not see at the beginning and was not made aware of the fact that I would be paying before I started the resume.

Thought it was free

I signed up because all I wanted was a template to go by. They started charging me $24.95. That doesn't make sense to me since I am updating my resume that means I am looking for a job. Why do I have to pay $24.95 (when I don't have a job) for help in finding a job? I talked to Lenny in customer service and brought down the charge to $4.95 for one month. I will try again in a month to cancel and see if they actually cancel.

Great product & Service

I really love the myperfectcoverletter service, it made writing cover letters a breeze and this is something that I used to despise and dread. I am out of work right now and couldn't afford the high monthly cost. I called customer service and they were very friendly and worked out a service plan that met my budget.
